Nope! I had a certified letter processed thru this contractor and it was never delivered to me. I had it investigated just to be told that this facilities sorting machine aye my rent check. Now I'm being evicted. Thanks

I have a piece of mail in the Location for already 10 days just sitting there. No one from the post office can help me. I have had 2-3 sets of case numbers to track this mail and nothing found.Each time the tracking numbers say it has been resolved, when it;s not. They can't locate my mail, when it says it's the disburation center. I paid for a certified mail receipt, good thing. It was sent to Las Veags, and never dilivered , and sent back here, I am waiting for my mail. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.!!!!!!

One out of every few packages I have shipped to me ends up going here. It's held up for a couple days, then gets delivered without any further tracking updates except delivered. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it? I had two packages sent from the same person at the same time. Both had the same item inside. One was delivered on time while the other sits in limbo, hopefully until it gets dropped off without tracking, a day or two late.

They have a nice big drive up Drop Box Bin out front for all those BIG packages. Postage at home, Drive up n drop. Nice n easy. Good job usps. Pretty cool.

So today as my girlfriend and I were pulling up to the Wawa on 53rd we almost had an incident with the USPS driver... My girlfriend was driving she made a mistake and the USPS driver went crazy on my girlfriend cursing her out and yelling out shouting curse words... Very very unprofessional USPS who have you hired?!?! This person definitely has anger issues... I felt threatened for my life so I decided to call the cops on her she went inside the store while I made the 911 call she left before cops came so that's why Im making this post. I love USPS and I don't want this kind of people working here... she made us feel very uncomfortable. USPS if you don't take care of this now your going to have legal issues in the future!!! Her vehicle number is 2218146

This is kinda a little secret locally. I take cards here at this airport facility. They get to the destination 1-2 days earlier than my local P.O. here in south gate.Only Problem is the bin chute wont accommodate larger packages over appx. 12"x5." The chute is not large enough.
