I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me. Customer service at its BEST! Thank you so much!!!

I received a package but the key to the parcel locker didn’t work. I called the post office at Palmer Ranch Circle, a lady worker mentioned to our mail guy about my issue. I opened my mailbox today after work and I saw the mailman’s note that the key works . I tried over and over and followed his instructions, unfortunately the key still doesn’t work. It’s so frustrating that I can’t open my package which has been sitting inside the parcel locker. I responded to the mailman’s note that the key didn’t work. I hope he’ll change the locker key tomorrow.

This place is just another prime example of lazy federal workers and why government can't do anything right. Have had a package sitting there for 3 days with no change of status. Notably, the package is going to another facility a mere 15 miles away...and it is not even Christmas!

There is an outside 24 hour US mailbox to drop off the mail your sending, and it's locked behind a fence when the PO is closed. Senseless place!!!!

I called at 3:55pm a lady answered the phone halfway through our conversation she said please hold. I waited for 20 minutes untill I realized they just left the office. Very lazy employees that need to be fired or have a disciplinary action taken. NO ONE CARES ABOUT THEIR JOB THERE!

The sign located inside says that it is not a Postal Retail Service location. The only thing is that you will see this sign only after you come to the address.Also, upon arriving you will see a large sign "Customer Parking" but the gates are closed.Another sign shows the schedule but even though you arrive during the bus.hours all doors are closed and there's no way to catch anyone to talk.Mysterious place.

They put a stop on my mail on September 11 and are holding that mail hostage. However i received mail everyday since the 11th. So why are they stealing my packages/ mail from before the 11th
