So, I came for the post office but left with so much more. Susan is an awesome member of their staff. When I came in she was super helpful and when I called weeks later she answered the phone and responded to my inquiry in the same pleasant manner. This place is also one of the last private owned children stores and they make custom uniforms. I’ll be back - check them out!

Just discovered this post office and so happy I did! Alitha was very helpful and had a super nice attitude!! ( I really appreciate that!) Moving forward, I will definitely use this location in Sarasota!!! A+ customer service!!

Run away, run away! This place is a complete rip off. “Price gougers are us” is what the sign out front should say. the additional 70% markup is absurd. Just drive the extra mile.

Roxanne is always very helpful, she works super fast and answers all questions. A real PRO! In this facility there was another lady who wasn't very good at work (but she was trying!) and I think that's why some reviews are negative. I'm 100% positive they don't refer to Roxanne, the person who is at the post office most often.

Utterly shocked by the poor service. I mistakenly used the free “priority mail” tape to close my package. This meant my small package to Japan (t-shirt inside) went from 27 dollars to 52 dollars. When I asked if I could borrow regular tape (three packs of regular clear tape were on the wall behind the counter) I was told they “couldn’t do that.” Just sad. No wonder the USPS is financially in ruin.

Everytime I visit this location for mailing Roxanne is always the one to assist me. She is very helpful, she helps me find exactly what boxes and envelopes I need for the best prices. She takes her time with me and answers all my questions. She's the reason I mail at this location and she should get a raise!

I shipped two boxes from this location on 8/10/20. The worker specifically asked me if anything was fragile. I told her yes, there are globes in the bigger box. Inside the box was bubble wrapped mind you. I recieved the boxes in Minnesota today 8/13/20. My fragile box came completely smashed!!!! The side of the box is broken open and all four corners smashed in. My globes are shattered. Somehow the FRAGILE box is smashed and broken but the other box i shipped is completely fine! I understand that this location didnt do all the shipping but are you kidding me?!?! Did you label the wrong box?!
Upon further investigation and the response from the owner: Your employee failed to mark the box as Fragile. You can look at the cameras and even see, my fiance and I telling her that the box needs to be marked Fragile because she asked. She failed to do so which is YOUR LOCATION. I will be taking this up with USPS. No wonder its going bankrupt. Do better.
