Tried calling this location for over 30 min. No answer and call disconnects everytime
after about 60 seconds of ringing. This is completely unacceptable for a tax funded government agency.

So far I've had great experiences here. First time I was helped by Sheena. Very upbeat and friendly. Took care of me with a smile on her face. The second time I went here I had the exact same experience with Glenda. After the horrible experiences I've had over the years at the Beneva Post Office (near 12th St), this is now my go to Post Office.

Honestly just so rude. Every employee I encountered was short and abrasive. Eye rolls galore despite smiles and literally just asking for a bubble mailer. I'll drive out of my way to go to another office.

I guess the new post office agenda is they give you a date and just mark everything arriving late by three or four days. You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up. People depend on delivery dates. You’ve lost so many of my packages. It’s disgusting And there’s literally no one that even cares to help you from the post office or calling corporate.

Terrible service. The lady literally told me she is not going to scan none of my packages and that I need to go somewhere else that lady needs to be fired from her job and hire somebody that will actually do their job and scan packages.

This post office is the absolute worst. Every time I go in there, there is a huge, long line. Today there were 13 people waiting in line and only one employee helping the Customers. Another time I asked to borrow their tape and was told no. Do not go to this location.

This is by far the worst branch I've ever used. I opened a PO Box for my business and YouTube channel last year, and had gotten a lot of mail for other people(that I returned), yet never received any of my own mail or packages. I had asked them numerous times if it was possible that I was sharing a PO Box with someone else, and they insisted that I wasn't. Many, many months later, the truth came out and they did in fact give me the key to someone else's box. It screwed up my business, I had to make new business cards, I lost who knows how much mail and and packages, and all they did was give me a free year of a PO Box(yet I had already paid for almost a year). This branch is an embarrassment, and the branch desperately needs new management, and employees need better training. I also regularly have issues with horribly delayed shipments in which my customers usually put the blame on me, when it is in fact this branch. Also, fix your drop box that has been broken for 8 months, and fix the back door that's been out of service for months also.

Don’t waste your time at this location, just save yourself a headache and go straight to the downtown location instead.

First let me be quick to say that there are 3 women who have given fantastic, over the top customer service, at this location. However, today, there was a male customer service representative who was extremely rude both to the man in front of me and to me.The customer service rep motioned to the man whom he was servicing before me. The man in turn indicated that there was a woman in front of him to be waited on first. Rather than clearly explaining, he rudely motioned that the woman needed to return to the customer service person who first serviced her. And the man needed to come to him. The problem was the lack of communication verbally while pointing, with obviously frustrated expressions. Then when it was my turn, I told him that I needed to see if I had mail at the post office because we had signed for our mail to be held but ended up leaving later than expected. He said, “Your mail is probably out on the truck. There’s nothing I can do. “I said, “ Well why would it be on the truck when it was supposed to be held?”He said, “Well what’s your address?”As I was starting to answer, he inserted, “ I need your ID.” Again, there was a question, but my reply was interrupted, abruptly.I gave him my ID , and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt said, “It’s just we didn’t end up being able to leave, today.”He said, “ I heard you.”I know people have difficult days. I don’t know the details of his life. But he was rude, abrupt , and condescending, both to me and the man before me.We all know that although working in the post office may be hard during the holidays, those workers make plenty of money to offer some level of basic decency to the customers.By the way, he was servicing from the 3rd service station, around 1pm on Dec. 6, 2023, if the post master sees this. I did not get his name?, but I am certain you can find who was servicing that station.
