Great experience! Front desk lady was nice and polite! She was friendly and made the interaction great! I was able to walk in, get my letter sent, and back out the door in a very timely manner! It's great to see staff in a friendly and positive mood these days! Great job!

This is a busy Post Office don't you think they would care enough to get more help
Would suggest go to a different post office if you can

This place reminds me of a flea market stall. The guy was enforcing mask wearing well after the scamdemic was over. Still has the gigantic, post scamdemtic, plastic barriers installed.

Short wait time and reasonable prices! I mailed a package for $5 today. For comparison: at The UPS Store, 5265 University Parkway, Suite 101, University Park, FL, they quoted me $15 to send it UPS. They create their own prices at that store (not just UPS rates).

If you want to WAIT and complain- meander to the main Post Office at Sarasota Commons - Jack and his wife are the Best in this location.

This is a good post office and the people who own it are nice and helpful, I cant imagine why there's low reviews. They could be a little more up to date in their ways of mail but..for very short wait times and ppl who know what they are doing and are nice, I'm fine going here.

Not a US Post office. Comes up on google as a us Post office. Company Needs to contact Google and make those changes/ distinction.

I would not suggest this post office. They want to be in business but only take cash or checks, no debit or credit cards. They sell boxes and tapes a little expensively. But the owner was not interested in helping me sort out a box or give me a couple extra minutes. There are better options in the area if you need a post office. This is a small store with a post office in it.
