Someone stole my package who works at this location. Dropped off a package Wednesday around 5pm in the drop off box the package was never scanned into the system and is now missing. Stealing mail is a federal crime I am hoping they have cameras because I will be pursuing further. I highly recommend anyone who comes to this location to not drop mail through the drop off box. While this has been a nightmare as I sell products online I would also like to note that the older male at the counter was phenomenal very kind and apologetic yet warned me of the dangers of dropping things in the box at this location.

Line held up by chatty customers, and people who think they have the right to skip lines. I know the clerks are trying to be polite, but when the line is almost to the door, you need to politely tell your customer that you don't have time to talk. I had to leave for an appointment and didn't even get mail my box.

Slow, slow, slow. Waited on line for 15 min. Counter people are too slow and chatty.

Worst post office I ever used, and I’ve used a lot of them. I’m planning on never using this post office again. I’ve had multiple lost packages that didn’t get scanned in (expensive ones of course), the staff isn’t very friendly, and it’s an old building. Just an overall terrible experience. I currently have multiple customers complaining to me right now that their package isn’t showing updates. I have been in the business for ten years and this has never happened. It only started happening after I started using this post office. It is a total DISASTER. I think the postmaster general should get involved at this location.

When I arrived, this is few days before Christmas, there was only 1 people queuing in front of me and two registers were open but one of the machines frozen/error and many people also came at the same time. After a while, they open a new one; the guy who helped me was kind and quick.

I find it necessary to share my recent distressing experience with the Post Office, particularly the facility located on Beneva Road, and to bring attention to the serious issues with their service. My interactions with this post office have been incredibly frustrating, and I believe it's crucial to caution others about the inadequacies I have encountered.Foremost among my concerns is the shocking lack of competence and customer service skills displayed by the staff, notably Employee Kane. During my visits, it appeared that the employees were more engaged in casual conversations among themselves than in assisting customers. Kane, in particular, made a commitment regarding the handling of my undelivered package due to a purported bad address. Unfortunately, he failed to fulfill this promise, resulting in the package being sent back to the sender. This oversight has caused considerable inconvenience, especially considering the critical importance of the package. It's disheartening to note that this is not an isolated incident, as other customers have reported similar issues with Kane, citing unfulfilled promises and the need for additional training and reprimand.Furthermore, the overall organization and efficiency of the post office left much to be desired. Long queues, confused customers, and an atmosphere of chaos were consistently observed during my visits. Such shortcomings in the fundamental service of mail delivery are perplexing and require immediate attention. In light of these concerns, I urge the Post Office management to address the issues at the Beneva Road facility promptly. Improvements in staff training, customer service, and overall organizational efficiency are imperative to ensure a more positive experience for customers. I hope that my feedback contributes to the betterment of the service provided by the Post Office.

Walked in the post office at this location to find out why my package is sitting there while it should have been delivered 3 days ago. I paid $35 for next day delivery and whoever tried delivering it said he had no access to my place which I have no idea what that supposed to mean. I asked for a manager and I mentioned the situation to her and said, I want my money back for not getting my package the next day and she said I can’t give you your money back and got really nasty with me. She started screaming at me and said leave before I call the cops. That was the manager who literally kicked me out and said not to ever come back here again. She was the nastiest filthiest human being I’ve ever dealt with. The manager was some black lady who was there on Friday, November 10, 2023. I can’t believe these are the people they hire as managers. What a joke this place really is.

I’m at disbelief at some of the reviews and comments. The employees at this location are some of the nicest people. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and compassionate. I think the individuals forming such negative comments were likely upset by not hearing what they wanted to hear. It’s currently 2023 and we the customers are not always in the right. I don’t understand how many of us go around life feeling entitled and thinking the world owes us just because we exist. The people providing these negative feedback should look inside themselves and figure out if it’s the postal employees or their own misguided feelings and approach to life.People, as adults who are adulting, let’s learn some emotional regulation and accountability for our actions. The world owes you NOTHING!

Calls will not go through. When you ask for a representative like it instructs it just takes you to a survey on your experience, then disconnects.

Missed my hold mail updated delivery date and refuse to answer their phones so I may inquire about the matter. I just had knee replacement surgery and am unable to get to the P.O. to resolve this issue. I'd give them zero stars if that was an option.Six years later and I hate them just as much!

I pre-paid for a packing ship label on line, however, my printer ink was low and didnt get a good copy of the bar code. The receipt said that I could go to this post office and they would print it for me. However, when I got there, they refused and said they could not and that I would have to go somewhere else to have it printed. When I got to the Pack and Ship, the very nice lady asked me to log into USPS and we found my QR code and bar code . Why couldn't the post office, whom I paid $26.00 to ship my package have done this? I ended up having to pay another $2.25 to print the label which should have been free at the post office. They are not helpful, and with the variety of shipping services, you'd think they would value the customers that choose them. Disappointing.
