Counter clerk said that she could not supply a strip of clear tape to place a return label. What?!!! I was supplied a label from the vendor, but I did not want to place it incorrectly, and then tear it trying to remove it, so I was looking to the post office expert to ensure it would be placed correctly. The clerk told me that I could purchase clear tape for $3.99. I must have given her a funny look because she then said that if they supplied tape for everyone who needed it, the post office would go broke. We are talking about a 6 x 4 inch return label. I’m writing this because this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this clerk, and I’ve seen her be rude and not helpful in general to many people while standing in line. The other clerks are very helpful so my guess is that everyone knows who I’m speaking of. I will now go home, tape my label, and return tomorrow. This is why UPS is taking your business.

I went three times within two weeks and all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Don’t understand why some people are complaining. Kudos to the service!
