Been to many UPS stores living thru out the US and this store is by far the best I've ever been to. Very friendly, No negative attitude, ALWAYS willing to help. Even with long lines at Christmas people there are not frustrated etc.

I needed to get a form sent to Hawaii next day. Cole went above and beyond to help me with this task. He was so helpful and alleviated my fears of it not being delivered in a timely manner. So grateful for their help and assistance!

I wanted to take the time to say the long-haired gentleman that works there is probably the most pleasant person I’ve ever met at a UPS store. However, the little girl they hired there needs to put a smile on her face and act like she wants to work there. She always seems to have an offputting attitude.

Would not take a credit card shipment. Was really uncoropitive. Went to another UPS Store nearby, and had teriffice service!

Always efficient and friendly.Updated 11/26/23…The staff there are simply the best. It’s always a pleasure going inside and say hi to everyone. I ship more with UPS now because of them and this UPS store. Oh the new self-serve kiosk is easy and fun to use.
