During my visit I observed Michael was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and seemingly eager to learn. I was also very impressed with his response to being publicly criticized by his colleague. I also appreciated how they were able to apologize to Michael for their critical response soon after. Also, the manager was visible, friendly, and engaging with customers. Good team.

I go here often to send packages to my kids and return Amazon items both personal and for work. Always plenty of employees working so never a wait really. Recently my son left his glasses and I had to send them to Pennsylvania. I went there and asked, this padded envelope doesn't seem enough. They said they could package and send for me and my son got his glasses and said they were packed like they were fine china. Very much appreciated the work of this location ?
