I went to drop off a package and realized the store JUST closed. I left but shortly after, a very nice woman came out of the store to find me and told me she would be happy to process my package...THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE and it is appreciated. Well done!

This UPS store is really great. They helped me ship 5 pieces of art from Florida to New York where they arrived in perfect condition. I would trust them to pack and ship the most fragile items. Barry and the rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and make you feel you’re in good hands. Believe me, they’ve got it covered. I am going to start using them whenever I have packages to send.

Friendly fast service. More than once they have stopped me from buying one of their shipping containers and just taped up the bag I was returning to original shipper.

I have always received excellent service from very personable employees. Because they are so careful in making sure mail/packages are going to the right destination from the right destination, I never have to worry about a mailed item getting where I want it to arrive.

During my visit I observed Michael was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and seemingly eager to learn. I was also very impressed with his response to being publicly criticized by his colleague. I also appreciated how they were able to apologize to Michael for their critical response soon after. Also, the manager was visible, friendly, and engaging with customers. Good team.
