I believe its a training/staff/manager issue one day there nice one day they dont want to talk to you, next day there consumed by there phones, not that great or consistent service.

This place is getting more and more horrible. We’ve been coming here for many years but finally called it a day. The staff cannot send a simple A4 letter with 9 pages to Europe. I was waiting for 18 minutes to get the order processed, she wanted $135 for 3-5 working days without guarantee that the letter will reach the recipient in 5 working days. Then she was unable to print the label and asked me to go to the U.S. post office…..UPS is not training its people and the service has gotten ridiculous. The only thing that went up is pricing. Avoid this store, she’ll send you to competition, too.

I love my neighborhood ups store.Always treated kindly and professionally. Rarely have to wait long. Happy with the service provided.

I mistakenly ordered an item and had it shipped to a former address in Parkland. I contacted the UPS Store and Ravi was extremely helpful! He volunteered to drive over to the home to pick up the package and then ship it to me at my new / correct address. He was very professional and friendly, and especially responsive to my unusual request. Thanks again Ravi!

Avoid if looking for free notary service. Notary not free as stated by Google. Typing "free notary near me" UPS comes up as first choice with nothing about charges, both in gmaps and the UPS site listing for notary services. Fraudulent, deceptive at a minimum.

a UPS disaster, they lose the packages and no one takes responsibility. They send you to complain to the sender, in short, wasting time and money, thanks for absolutely nothing.

I’ve been in here at least 4 times in the last several months to return Amazon or just to ship a package and I’ve always encountered a professional, smiling, friendly helpful person! I’ve read the review about folks of color and I’ve been next to someone of color and they treated him exactly the way I was treated as a white person. I think it may have to do with the attitude we come in with. If you’re looking for something, your face and attitude will give ya away. Just saying..The folks at this place are very nice and very helpful to me and all the people that were in front of me…

Thank you very much Ken and the entire UPS team. I shipped an extremely heavy video monitor/art tablet and a lot of oversized art work my son accumulated from Ringling college. I needed delayed shipping and it finally arrived here in NJ on time and unscathed! What professional work in packing these items. I truly thank the team at this location for their courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs. Thank you!!

People of color do not shop with or return amazon items. You are treated differently. You hand them your items & they don’t do it back. They simply put it on the counter with your hand already out waiting on the item or money to be put in your hand. They do not greet you when you arrive & they overlook you if your line. Thankfully the other customer was kind enough to let them know I was there first. Poor customer service & poor communication. This UPS location is absolute joke & a disgrace.Update: please don’t believe their response smh. The UPS on 17st & S Washington Blvd (near downtown ) they both have exceptional customer service & I would not dare go back to this location.

My wife and I needed to ship the grandchildren there Christmas gifs, Mia the wonderful young woman who helped us was so helpful. I didn’t have my act together, that’s putting it mildly, but nevertheless Mia like a great customer service person helped in every way. After fumbling through trying to pay with two credit cards we were holding A growing line up. Mia all the go trying to do her best. Having issues with my cards a true Santa came to our help, This Santa’s name was Joanna she says here I’ll take care of that. WOW Mia was awesome customer service and Santa named Joanna made our Christmas. Good by to all and to all this truly was the spirit of Christmas.
