I prepaid for Livescan fingerprinting. Their machine was down when I got there and I was never informed.
I told him that I had already paid and asked if the QR would work at any location and he said, "You can go to any other location". Play on words.
I went to the location on Fruitville, Kyla and Andrew were extremely kind and helpful!

To say that Sara is a true professional and a person who cares would be an understatement. As someone who recently lost his grandfather last year, Sara has been more than helpful assisting me with digitizing my grandfather's key medical records and legal documents to send to the appropriate recipients over the span of a year via the UPS email system, the service of which is fairly priced. I definitely look forward to continuing business with UPS and Sara.

This place is great.
Why would you wait in line at fedUpEx for attitude and copy customers, when you could just go here and be personally tended by a professional team.

Wow! These guys went above and beyond to help us! We’d forgotten a favorite bag with our favorite clothes in the laundry at the last stop of a week-long trip. We needed a box sent to the hotel, then shipped back to our Airbnb in SRQ. They not only looked up both addresses (when we had no cell service), they took the time to make sure all was correct and packed the box with bubble wrap so it wouldn’t get crushed on the way there. We were amazed to find our beloved bag and clothing on the Airbnb doorstep in two days! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service.
