I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Taleen and her husband! I needed two necklaces shortened and had taken them to another prominent jeweler in town who treated me rudely and when quoted the price they wanted for both ($175) I promptly walked out. I decided to go to University Park Jewelers for another quote. IM SO GLAD I DID! Taleen not only showed me that the one necklace already had a slider and I could adjust myself (the other jeweler looked at it and never told me!) and then charged me a reasonable fee to shorten my other necklace!! The honesty, professionalism and kindness was such a stark contrast to the other business. And not only that- my necklace was done not the very next day!!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! If I could give 10 stars I WOULD!

I came in to have my engagement ring sized a bit bigger before my wedding, it was done beautifully. When I picked it up it was shining like new, I fell in love with my ring all over again!! Highly recommend

I have recently moved to Sarasota and was looking to get my jewelry repaired. I decided to stop by University Park Jewelers. They are remarkable. Very friendly and comforting environment. A family business which is always a plus. They have an endless selection of all kinds of Jewelry. I brought my broken necklace in, the jeweler explained the process and repaired it while I waited. I am very impressed and this will now be my go to jewelry store, highly recommend

I brought 2 watches for batteries and my engagement ring to be sized. They did it all right in front of me and finished in less than half an hour. Great service. While I was waiting I couldn’t help but look at their great selection I bought my daughter a necklace at a very competitive price. Very happy with my visit

Scammers and Liars would be a good description of the business operators here. My fiancé and I had Taleen order us a wedding band that they didn’t have in stock. We experienced delays and delays and no response eventually. Had to charge back with the credit card company to get any response from Taleen, she claimed we picked up the ring the same day they ordered it. Not sure how that would work being they had to order it but none the less that is their claim. Steer clear of this shady shop, I now have to file a police report to hope and get back the hundreds of dollars. Buyer beware

Great family owned business, very friendly and honest. Before they took my Jewelry to work on it, they explained what they were doing, how long it was going to take and the safety measures they had to take since it was very fragile and offered advice on what to do with it. They went above and beyond and I received it back polished, cleaned and looking good as new. Would definitely recommend.

The pieces you'll find at University Park Jewelers are extremely quality, at any price point. Very helpful employees that fixed my old pieces for a good price, as well as a nice selection within my budget. I would highly suggest them if you're looking for a new piece of jewelry.

I brought in 2 rings that needed to be sized and they were done while I waited in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs anything in regards to jewelry and watches. The only jeweler I will be using from now on! Amazing family environment!
