Good people! Most employees are friendly. This is my go to dispensary! Most of the time, they have pretty good sales! They're still pretty highly priced... but I can't say they're higher priced than any other dispensary. Great products!!!

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else. I feel like all of the staff is family at this point, everyone knows my name, and I am always greeted with the warmest of hellos. The customer service is impeccable. As for product I have never been let down. They have the cheapest prices in all of the dispensaries in the Sarasota area, and the product is always top tier. Their sales are frequent and you can always get something for less than the original price. I used to just walk in to shop but now I order online and get to pick up in store without waiting in line. This is super accessible and helps for people who need to be in and out. I cannot praise the Beneva road trulieve enough. Please spend your hard earned moneys here.

This is the only dispensary that i've ever shopped at. Everyone of the people who work here are kind and compassionate. They make me feel comfortable and never stupid for asking a question about any product. They are all extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone

It put me a sleep I have a hard time sleeping it At night, I'm up to 34. Maybe 5 o'clock in the morning. Then I finally fall asleep but when I'm smoking the weed. I go to bed. I'm awake and I'm out like a light by 930, so it does help me.

I always use online pick up express, do the early check in… and I still sit for a long time while walk ins go before me. My name was number 1 in line and 3 people still went ahead of me. What’s the point of the online check in? Then every time I go, they have different rules. I check in online and have a seat, they then tell me I’m supposed to let them know I’m here… the next time I go I let them know I’m here they tell me to take a seat and they’ll get to me shortly. this was the only trulieve I’ve ever been too & it’ll stay that way.Staff is friendly when you finally get taken care of, the reason I have an extra star.

Every time I order ahead at this location, they always have every item in stock and I love it. Never had an issue with the wait time because ever since I started purchasing from Trulieve, I order ahead for a pickup. Staff has ALWAYS been very kind and helpful, but had a particular EXCELLENT experience with Wendell (his co-worker heard me asking for his name and complimenting him on his service and even she said the place would fall apart without him, so kudos to Wendell). They give first, second and third time visitors great discounts, and they frequently have sales on their website, so that's awesome. My favorites so far are the Khalifa Kush & anything with "Banana" in it. I also love anything Alien Lab & Modern Flower pushes out. Love this place! A true life saver for my anxiety and stress after my separation!!!! Highly recommend

The people are nice and helpful BUT they are very short staffed. Corporate needs to get them more help. Had to wait a long time for a online order. Many people waiting in the lobby and only 2 people working. Many other dispensaries in the area. Try MUV They are much better !

Hate this place. ?always an issue with this location, from incorrect advertisement on pricing and quantity. And many other things I can outline here but almost every patient that visit this dispensary has the same experience.I am giving away free my trueP battery stick and will avoid getting my meds here, as much as I can.

These negative comments are absolutely not true. I've been going to this location for almost 2 years. As a quiet guest hanging out in the background, the people who make the biggest fuss are the ones who are unprepared and incredibly impatient.I came on here to compliment Billy for always having a positive attitudeThe entire staff is always positive and moves everyone through the doors as fast as they possibly can.
