Cannot recommend Troys Tropics and especially Mario highly enough. Within a few minutes of arriving Mario approached us and asked if we needed assistance. We were looking for rubber plants and believe me with the HUGE selection of wonderful plants it was hard to track them down. Mario suggested we hop on his cart and he would drive us to the location (we would have taken forever). Mario then helped us pick out the best plants and then drove us to the check out, he then loaded the recommended amount of compost and took the entire order to our vehicle. Mario is a real asset to Troys and we won't shop anywhere else for all our nursery and landscaping requirements. See you soon Clare and Paul Wright

Great selection of plants, prices are right and Mario is a rock star. He really knows his stuff and gives great advice. Total pleasure to work with. Gabby with install was amazing trying to get this installed before I was set to head north. All with a little hurricane in the middle

From the initial phone call to Pancho driving me to pick up the plant and place it in my car, this was an extraordinarily pleasant experience. Prices were very reasonable. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We purchased 22 trees from Troy’s for our neighborhood. First, Kyle, the supervisor on the project, was knowledgeable, incredibly attentive and patient. He was efficient and thorough during the planning, purchasing and installation of the trees. The quality of the trees was top notch. Tom, the on site leader and his team too attended to our project with a great deal of detail. We would rate their customer service with an A+. We would absolutely use Troy’s again.

WOW! Our landscaping looks like Disney World! It’s beautiful!! We had all but eight plants removed, so we pretty much replaced everything. The proposed design was perfect. They included everything I asked for and more. Everyone was kind and friendly, including the office assistant each time I called with a question. The process was smooth and uneventful. Each step was carried out carefully and with proficiency. They made sure that each plant was placed where it would look best and reshaped the beds ever so slightly to create a better appearance or effect. They added extra dirt where needed and nutrients throughout. After the mulch was spread, they made sure everything was where it was supposed to be and cleaned our sidewalks and driveway. Their work was extraordinary. They truly turned our “house” into a “designer home.”

We recently had a landscaping project done at our home. Kyle, the landscape supervisor, put our design together very promptly upon us contacting Troy's Tropics. He has an abundance of knowledge about what plants are best to use in our Florida climate, and even though our project was small, he was very attentive to what we needed and delivered second to none service from start to finish.
Kyle, Michael, the crew foreman, and his crew arrived on time on our scheduled day, were very courteous and worked very efficiently to get the project completed. The result was exactly what we wanted.
All of my neighbors in my community think the work you did looks amazing!!! We have received so many positive comments from them. I'll be sure to recommend your company!

I took a friend to Troy's Tropics yesterday. Mario went out of his way to help us and he was very kind and informative. I would certainly recommend shopping there. The staff is wonderful!
