I just bought a used boat with a tandem axle Magic Tilt trailer. The trailer is in less than perfect shape, so I am going to replace the entire suspension. As a prelude, I have never worked on a trailer before. After performing a lot of research, I landed at Trailer Depot of Sarasota to order my parts from a certified dealer. I placed an online order of what I thought I needed and received a call the next day from the service reps because apparently a few of the items on my order looked a little odd. I am very thankful that they did. After speaking with one of the gentlemen (Scott), he walked me through everything and we corrected the order, and now I am headed towards shipping. These folks are incredibly well versed when it comes to trailers. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend!

We traveled to this location from 2 hours away to have our boat trailer rebuilt. They were able to complete the service in one day which was outstanding! However, when we came back to pick up the trailer, no one came out to greet us nor did they show us what was done and if there were any issues found. After payment was received it seemed as though the customer service went out the window. As we were loading up the trailer we noticed that our trailer light adapter was missing. We asked the staff if they knew where it went and the man said “It was bad so we just threw it away. But you can buy another one if you want.” After that the man just walked off as if he was bothered by our concerns. He did not seem to care what so ever. With that being said, customer service could use some improvement, but overall we are happy with the quick, timely service that was provided.
