Nice cashier, but false advertising.
3 wild life cages on the floor with $29.99 on them. Rung up as $59.99. The special was actually for 2 traps for $29.99, Even better.
They didn't have those. Online said they had single traps for $39.99. I was ready to pay that to get the racoons out of the school, but then I was rung up at $59.99 per cage. Ouch... Oh well.. I needed them..
A Manager was on the floor at the time. Great place and awesome products, but a little work needed in with the customer service and properly setting up their sales displays.
Thanks Sarasota (Fruitville) Tractor Supply?

Your store rarely opens on time. This is the third time I’ve gone on a Sunday and it hasn’t been open at 8 AM.

I'm writing to inquire about a large truck selling meat and steaks for large discounts in the parking lot of your Sarasota Fruitville location. These trucks often raise concerns due to the potential for misleading deals and questionable quality.
My questions are:
Is Tractor Supply Co. affiliated with this meat truck in any way?
Are you aware of any customer complaints regarding this vendor?
Do you have any information on the legitimacy and quality of the meat they sell?
It would be helpful to know if Tractor Supply Co. endorses this vendor or simply allows them to use the parking lot.
Thank you for your time and clarification.

Tractor Supply in Sarasota is truly a gem for anyone with a love for DIY projects, gardening, or outdoor living. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who are always ready to lend a helping hand or offer expert advice.
One of the standout features of Tractor Supply is its extensive selection of merchandise. Whether you're in need of tools, hardware, gardening supplies, or animal feed, you'll find everything you need and more. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could find all the materials necessary to build a trellis for my wife's planter box, as well as most of the supplies needed to construct an outdoor stock tank fish pond.
Not only does Tractor Supply offer a wide variety of products, but they also prioritize quality. I was impressed by the durability and reliability of the items I purchased, knowing that they were built to withstand the rigors of outdoor use. Plus, their prices are fair and competitive, making it easy to stock up on everything you need without breaking the bank.
Whether you're a seasoned DIY enthusiast or just starting out on your home improvement journey, Tractor Supply is the place to go. With its friendly staff, fantastic selection, and commitment to quality, it's no wonder that Tractor Supply is a trusted destination for homeowners, gardeners, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Got my chickens from here. It's a great place for a quick stop on the way home.

Needed to get a propane tank filled. Went inside to CS desk and requested. Said they would be right out. Waited 10 min, no one showed up. Went back in and asked again. Was then told they were out of propane. Ridiculous experience.

This TRactor Supply is by far the worst run! I routinely try to get propane at this location and they are either out, or they just can’t at this time, or the equipment is broken. Just don’t even try to get propane here. I’ve been trying for three weeks to get my tanks filled and they have been no help.

Good selection of the things you need. Great price on propane and they charge by the gallon instead of weight, so a lot more accurate than the places that just charge a flat tank rate when it tips their scale. Very helpful staff and there seems to be enough of them around you can usually find someone to assist quickly if needed. On the propane, apparently the word is getting around so they've been running out occasionally (like last weekend when I wanted to top off before the superbowl) so it's better to call ahead and check, I guess.

The employees who work in that place treat their customers very badly because you ask them about something and they answer you in a bad way.

Unfortunately this store seems to have gone downhill as far as customer service goes. The last few same day deliveries through their neighborhood rewards program have not happened. They wait for you to call to find out where your order is and the ongoing excuse is that the driver is out sick. When speaking to the manager he tells you he cant help it that no one wants to work. It gets harder and harder to find someone to help you when you are in the actual store as well. Not sure what changed over the last few months but something definitely has degraded as far as customer service goes. Sad.

My sister and I were searching for ski gloves at four other stores before we saw online that they had gloves here. It was our first time here, and the associates were so friendly and helped us quickly locate what we needed, so we were out in less than 5 minutes.
