I brought my car here today thinking there was a nail or debris in my tire and it turned out their was a nail. Then they lied to me and told me it couldn’t be patched and that a new tire would cost over $230 dollars. I left to check out other pricing options and had to stop at a gas station to refill my tire with air on the way because they didn’t do it out of courtesy. I drove down the street to Firestone and they told me it can indeed be patched. They’re patching it right now and I’m just writing this that as a woman it’s super important to go to multiple tire shops before selecting the one that isn’t scamming you, lol.

Tire Kingdom was able to get me in and take care of my car quickly. Something that was a headache for me was turned the other way with how fast they were able to do this. Call and they will work with you!

I took my car there and they said they were going to fix my water pump. They charged me $1,500 . I paid them and then they told me it wasn’t my water pump that needed fixed , it was my head gasket . And that I would need to pay another $3,000. I ended up towing the car back to my mechanic that I know personally , and he said the issue was never my water pump . So I got scammed 1500 by tire kingdom to not even fix the issue . They overcharge and take advantage . Also my brake line was snapped somehow and it was totally fine before I took my car there .

—update:
The real manager Anthony took care of us.
We talked to their customer service and made an appointment to get the tires checked, and there’s a lady who claimed she’s the manager (named Laura) told us they can’t do it until some hours later with a horrible attitude. We just made an appointment and walked in, there’s no reason for that kind of attitude. I usually leave a good review but not for this kind of customer service!!!
