We recently stayed for 9 nights. Location is perfect for walking in town or to the big park and marina. Hospitality was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Tatiana at front desk. Also Jose in valet parking is a great guy.My complaints- NO dresser in room and tiny closet. Also room is very poorly lit. Bed frame is kind of low but not terrible. Wink Wink restaurant is decent but a little pricey. Valet parking $35 a day but still worth it. Takes only a few minutes to get ur car. Pool area is nice and has a bar and food.

Not a good place for business travelers imo. No sundry shop. Couldn’t even find an aspirin.Rooms are ok and clean, but desk area not set up well for working. No business center. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is ok...and that is about that. Big room. Big bed - way too soft mattress. Big bathroom. I hate hotels that try to be cute...like putting a box of Scrabble on your desk, along with a Bible. What does that mean? Not the friendliest front desk. Valet was very good. Location a bit sketchy.

My overall experience at this hotel was very good. The staff were all great and greeted me upon arrival. I did not eat at Wink, but my coworkers said they really enjoyed it. I loved how close it was to downtown and I just walked everywhere. My only cons for me is they only offer valet parking (I am not a fan of valet). There is no public parking lot nearby. There is street parking about a block away, but it can only be used during the night. It was raining while I was there so I did use the valet and it cost $35. The other con is there are no microwaves in the rooms. The room I had was tucked in the corner and it was the quietest hotel room I've had in a while. Overall if you needed a place close to downtown I would recommend.Walkability: Less than 1/2 a mile to downtown made it easy to explore on foot.

The atmosphere at this hotel was great. I felt like I was in Miami and loved the Slim Aarons wall art. The room was spacious with mid century modern fixtures, clean and bright too. Brittany and Tatiana at the front desk, and Andre the valet man were very friendly and helpful as well. Location is very centralized-overall great experience especially as a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member

Embarrassing customer support when they don't clean the shower from the last guest. After countless request in person to the staff all fell on deaf ears. I was forced to clean myself.

Hated the mandatory unmentioned junk fees and taxes you're charged each night you stay...A $28 destination Fee +! a destination fee TAX!!is unbelievably ridiculous your amenities are the very things customers look at when d decided where to stay therefore if you're going to charge additional fees for those things it should be transparent and upfront not shocking to learn of on your final bill.1 night with dinner+ other additional fees added an unexpected $67 for that 1day/nightNot good for a customer to leave feeling duped or hoodwinked by a sneaky junk fee + junk fee tax.For some people traveling on a very specific budget based on prices provided without knowledge of the hidden additional feesthat would be quite a shock requiring some to possibly reevaluate their vacation

Great hotel! Travel here frequently for work and love the hotel and staff. Very attentive. Rooms are sleek. The food at the restaurant is really good, not just for hotel food but actually good food. Valet is very prompt.

The general mng has been walking the tight rope as far as her losing her job probably because the hotel sucks under her care and evidently she is like a cat and has 9 lives which she has to have 1 left she is a terrible hotel mng. I'm sorry to say this but hotels should be ran by men if the owner is a male and ran by a female if the owner is a female

What a beautiful hotel. The rooms have more than enough space and the bathrooms are top-notch. The restaurant attached serves fresh food which was a nice addition. The gym has everything including two Peloton bikes. The lobby is decorated beautifully and gives a vibe of stepping into another era. This is a true gem for the Marriott family of brands.
