Larry was very attentive and timely. He did such an amazing job on a sympathy piece for me. Losing a loved one is never easy but hopefully the beautiful flowers will aid the pain for the time being. Totally would recommend him and this business!

I like this local shop and look forward to ordering from them in the near future. My lovely best friend sent me flowers the day before my birthday as a surprise and I was not home. Thanks to the delivery person, I received a call to let me know about the flowers that were left at my doorstep. I very much appreciated this gesture especially because it's been averaging 90 degrees and humid outside this Florida autumn. I spoke with a kind employee and thought that the customer service was excellent. The flowers are lovely and included a handwritten card. The card also had a message to check the water daily which I appreciate as well. Thank you, Pineapple House Collection :)

WOW what a store!! This place is very dangerous but in an awesome way!! I walked in for the first time and it is just one of those stores where everything is lovely and they have everything from earrings to dresses to wallets to decorating items for your house. This store is so well done and the prices are not over the top - very reasonable and elegant and special.

In the interest of supporting local businesses during COVID, I pre-ordered a $100 bouquet from Pineapple House for my mom's birthday and waited until 7pm on the day before realizing that it wasn't going to be delivered. No one from the company had the decency to contact me to let me know of any potential delays or an inability to satisfy the order, which I would've been understanding about, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver is unacceptable. I understand that things are tough right now but I would avoid this florist if you're ordering anything for an important event.

My sister-in-law had to say goodbye to their sweet little dog today. She was devastated ?. I ordered flowers but missed the cut off for same day delivery so requested next day. I received a text shortly after placing my order and the shop said that even though I had missed the cutoff they would deliver the flowers today. I thanked them and explained why that would mean so much to us....they said they thought (based on card message) that it would be needed today. I was so touched that they cared so much! They also texted me pictures of the beautiful flowers and added orchids to make it special ?. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. My sister-in-law loved the flowers ?. Best florist shop ever! ❤

I called from out of town to have an arrangement sent to friends on Siesta Key. The only instructions I gave were regarding budget and for the look to be tropical. The creation that was delivered was so beautiful and certainly beyond what I could have ever described. Additionally the owner sent me a text message with photos of the flowers before they were sent out which was a really nice touch. There was a slight mix up with the delivery date and when I alerted the owners to this issue they were very quick to offer a resolution that was also beyond my expectations. I can't recommend this place enough, even never having set foot inside their shop I can tell that have genuine pride in their products and their customer service approach. Thank you!!!
