Took my wife's 2022 Subaru Outback there and got a hitch put on. Very satisfied with pre-sales Q&A over the phone, scheduling, and installation. The waiting room is small but adequate. Very much an autoshop waiting area. I used my phone on their WiFi. Overall a good experience with Ryan, Harrison, and JV. (Many thanks!)
