I had an issue with a tumbler that was purchased from the store. I live out of state but this store manager could not have been kinder in helping me solve the situation. The clothing is high quality but the customer service was top notch. I really appreciated how they helped me!

I am local and shop here quite often. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the years I have shopped there. The staff is nice and has always gone above what would be typical customer service. Always nice to my friends and family that visit, and my Bali is treated like a king with dog treats.
