The installation crew was early (a good thing), very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and even installed the headboard (which I was given to understand they did not normally do). Very good experience.

My buying experience was 5 star. My post experience very disappointing. I purchased a 5 inch foundation thinking it would be lower than my current Tempur-Pedic resting on a 9 inch foundation.The new mattress, however, goes on a new bed with a higher platform and the mattress height is even higher.I called my Tempur-Pedic sales person, explained my problem and asked to exchange my 5 inch foundation for a 2 inch. That was about a week ago and no one has followed up.Very disappointing.The store has responded and they intend to authorize an exchange. A fee will be charged. OK, they are help with my dilemma. I'll further update when exchange completed.I asked to exchange the platform I ordered. It was my error to order the wrong size. They agreed to the exchange for a fair fee. Everything is good now.

When the driver arrived, he said he would not take the bed. I said that it was required. I said no to bed taking my bedding, but I did not say no to taking my bed then decided you would take the bed, and and that headboard was a question and he took it downstairs. I don’t know what he did with that escort anything else, though I still have not been able to get the audio working on the bed I had I checked the Wi-Fi down the apps but I have not seen one that I have received the other information on the thing I registered it and I’m getting it back in fine shape. Thank you.

Elizabeth at the UTC Tempur-Pedic store was amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She asked us questions about our sleep and knew exactly what we needed! We absolutely LOVE our new Tempur-Pedic adjustable mattress - only wish we would have gotten it years ago! Thank you Elizabeth and Tempur-Pedic. Best sleep of our lives! ?♥️?
