I have had policies with this company before Ted Todd purchased it. I was sold an Allstate life policy by Ted Todd and Allstate sold life policies to some other company. I can not get the Ted Todd Agency to call me back and I do have other policies with them.

Horrible. Very incompetent. Was with them in the beginning and they were very good , personable, and reliable. But now.. you get the run around, no one follows through. I left last year due to a series of homeowners cancellations with no answers from them. After moving my auto and home to another company I found out they mistakingly had put me at fault for accident where I was rear-ended and the other driver was at fault. Over 4 years with them paying elevated premiums for their mistake. I've called numerous times for a letter acknowledging their mistake and still have never gotten it. I honestly don't know how they're still in business.

Our 2021 homeowners policy 10/17/21 to 10/17/22 was changed or replaced sometime before the hurricane on 9/28/22. The field adjuster and the desk adjuster have been using the new 2022 policy. The desk adjuster make a mistake on 10/31/2022 when he mentioned that they were using the 2022 homeowners policy. I'm still missing 22 pages from the 2021 policy.The Ted Todd agency sent me on two different occasions the same 2021 policy that is on the Allstate web portal.I'd be very careful dealing with this agency and of course Allstate.After 31 years with them they low ball you by only paying for a half roof.Your in "Good Hands with Allstate" until you have a claim.

Service has declined severely. Personnel gives you the run around. If you like to wait for long periods of time and get no satisfaction this is the agency for you.

Ted and his crew have been on top of their game helping us keep our insurance to bare minimum cost with excellent service provided. He's always on the lookout to see if he can find us a better and less expensive policy. But when it comes to Insurance you really don't want to skimp when it comes to covering your loved ones as well as your autos therefore we are happy with the coverage at the price that we pay.

I was the victim of a hit and run accident and reported the accident on April 21. After multiple tries I have yet to get a response from the allstate agent. The auto body shop has had the same luck dealing with this company. If you like paying premiums and getting no service for your insurance dollars than allstate is the insurance company for you.
