most unorganized and disgusting target ive ever been too. everything is just thrown all over the place piling up on the floor. only thing missing is the rats. the workers are extremely rude and unintelligent. all the food in the grocery aisle was completely expired and rotten and the workers refused to take it off the shelves when i mentioned it

If you have a legit questions about a gift card not being returned to you after an order is canceled(by them mind you), you will not receive help. The managers will instead tell you to call a number instead of helping in store. Great Customer Service 0/10 would not recommend.

If you park anywhere besides the aisle immediately in front of the entry, you have to push a cart across several aisles, through the main traffic lanes, to your parking spot. The parking has raised dividers stopping you from easily pushing carts between rows and cars, instead forcing everyone to walk through the main traffic in front of the store. It's dangerous, it's frustrating. Needs better parking, it's really discouraging having a full cart and pushing it across 5 aisles in heavy traffic to get to your aisle because of the parking dividers. People walking with carts in the main traffic lanes slow down everything. Poorly planned parking.

This is my go-to Target since it is the closest. However the makeup section is awful with many products opened and used, jumbled up in the wrong spots, etc. It has been that way for a long while now...

My daughter was buying Christmas gifts and found something in a $20 area for her little brother. When ringing up she realized it was more than she expected and immediately tried to return the item that was actually $70. She had not left the store, and they customer service wouldn’t let her. What a terrible thing to do to a minor. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Bought a cantaloupe this week, smelled/'tasted' like nail polish remover/formaldehyde.
Returned, hope the melons were pulled off shelf. Sent review to company for further review.

For $267.40 on 12/12/24 I purchased at Target what was sold as a set of gen 2 Apple anirpod pros and we could not figure out why they refused to pair with the phone. We called Apple but they could not help. We made an appointment and went to the Apple Store. After a while the guy realized the issue and was able to confirm it via the serial numbers. They sold me gen 1 pro AirPods in a gen 2 case at full gen 2 retail price. They will never work. He said they’ve heard of this happening when products are purchased at Target or Best Buy etc. They are trying to get rid of old stock. So they put the gen 1 in the gen 2 case and sell it for the gen 2 price…AND they will not work because even though they fit in the case they don’t pair. He printed out his notes for me to take along to Target. We purchased a new set from the Apple Store. Although the manager, Sergio, was friendly and knew this was what happened, he was not able to bypass the system to provide a refund due to the serial numbers not matching…which is precisely the cause of the issue! Target did not refund my $267.40. Never again.

Target on Fruitville Road Sarasota, Fl - be careful with items that they have with clearance prices . Normally they do not ring up correctly and they will not honor the sale prices. I had 3 items today that were marked clearance on the shelves , those were the only items that were on the shelves and matched the description , so there was no mistake that someone just put it there. The store would not honor any of the items. I will not be purchasing another item from them. I spoke to a sales associate , that called a manager , and also spoke with guest services. The sales associate and guest service associate were very nice but clearly lacked training , no fault of theirs.

Disappointed because I’ve been a target consumer for over a decade. It’s sad how one location and lack of customer service can make a difference. As a customer I know I have other options and will utilize them when I’m not being treated with respect in my own community.

Kept telling me right back run into him no right front run into same guy it should be this way. They don't know where there items are. Rhwy rely on devices that don't tell them anything waste of gas and time to get stuff I needed
