I'm an older woman and needed help with the new split screen issue & the guy that was supposed to be helping me didn't know what I was talking about. I don't think guys like him should be allowed to work there!!! He made me feel STUPID!!! It was his product and he should have known what I was talking about. Instead he wanted me to show him what I was talking about and said I needed a new phone. I have Note 9 which I was informed that it is obsolete. I like my paid for phone and just wanted an answer which this KID should have been updated on his product. Instead he just wanted me to buy a new phone that I couldn't afford. What a jerk! I'm going to find another company that will take my money.

This store and especially management are a joke. I go into the store to switch to a senior plan. I am currently a Verizon customer. They sell me a new phone, put a protective shield on which I wanted along with a case. They they tell me that they couldn't transfer my 2 lines from Verizon because the Verizon phone was locked and there was a waiting period before it can be unlocked and I wouldn't be able to get the appropriate credits to pay Verizon off for my existing phone. Before checking into all of this, they had charged me for a new T-Mobile phone and the accessories.So I ask to be refunded and state I will move everything over when it's seamless and the phone isn't locked any more and I can get the appropriate credits to pay off Verizon. The manager there Rachel Waters should be fired. She's rude, nasty and has no sense of dealing with a customer. They charge me for a protective shield(which should never have been put on the new phone unless they were sure they could transfer my lines)along with a $70 restocking fee for a complete blunder on their part. They had my money so no recourse at the store. I am now in the process of escalating to the "Office of the President" at T-Mobile, along with the better business bureau. I am not going away. It's enraging!! T-Mobile.....whoever reads this....you lost a customer and I'm sure you'll lose more with this sort of handling of a potential new customer and existing customers!

Not impressed with T Mobile I like to pay my bills in cashBecause when I Left my card no.with them it got compromised, twise .Because I pay cash I am charged 5.$ paper fee.also I now havto show I.D .I was told becase I pay cash .Also I pre pay .2 mo .ahead.I find the team arrogant and not helpfullI am looking for a new planA company that is customer friendly

Didn't seem to want to help me at all. Employee was wishy washy and basically just wanted to push me out the door. This was a first for this location after years of good interactions, and bad enough that I'll go out of my way to go to another location.
