They ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my written or verbal permission within the last 3 weeks. I’ve tried calling twice today and nobody will return my calls. I looked at a car last year and all of a sudden today I see a hard inquiry on my credit report. Be careful what information you share with these people. They shouldn’t be looking at my credit history a year later. I haven’t been in there for purchases inquiries since 2023

I went to the Sarasota CDJR dealership to look at used cars and was assisted by Kim and Jack. I didn't find a car that I wanted to take home, but Kim and Jack were a pleasure to work with. Kim helped me locate cars that fit my needs, and she took me out for a test drive. We had a lot of fun! Jack provided me with a price quote that was fair and did not contain all the typical dealer add-ons. I had a lot of bad experiences with other CDJR dealers, but my experience at Sarasota CDJR was excellent. Thank you Kim and Jack!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Sarasota Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! From start to finish, Ahmed and Sean went above and beyond to make my car-buying process seamless and enjoyable.
When I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately felt at ease. The sales team, particularly Ahmed, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He provided clear, honest information without any pressure, which made a huge difference.
The selection of vehicles was impressive, and they helped me find the perfect car that met all my needs. The pricing was transparent and fair, and they worked magic on my trade in to make a deal happen. The financing process was smooth, with Don ensuring I understood all my options and helping me secure the best deal possible.

We are a Jeep family so when it was time to replace a vehicle I thought it was important to visit all my local Jeep dealerships. Never again will I come here. My husband and I visited on a day we took off work specifically for this task and connected with AJ who was sitting in the parking lot with 3 other salesman. AJ wrote down my information and what I was looking for then after an internet search took us for a walk through the lot. I don't know if he misunderstood what a "blacked out grill and wheels" means or just ignored this because every vehicle shown did NOT fit this ask. I was willing to look closer at a vehicle with a nicer trim but not at all the color scheme I wanted (white with chrome and I wanted anything but this). We had to walk back to get the keys and the Jeep sounded rough at start up. AJ wouldn't share the price until we were back in the dealership and he wanted me to sign some paper?? I asked about the carfax that I never got to see. He just kept trying to get me to sign this paper. I no longer wanted to continue this conversation but we hadn't completely ruled out the Jeep until he REFUSED my handshake while having a little fit. He had zero knowledge about the brand and thought spending 30 minutes working together guaranteed I was going to buy a $30,000 vehicle. Get real man.

If this review stops at least one person from making the same mistake and buying from this dealership, then I'll consider this worth my time in writing this review. We had purchased a vehicle from here a few months back. The manager was awful. Consider the we owe you paperwork worthless. They add junk fees such as the "luxury reconditioning fee" which was $2,700.00. We needed to buy new tires almost immediately and another 2 to 3k worth of maintenance. Turns out the only thing their luxury reconditioning fee was used for was a cheap oil change. So months later and we are out the $2,700 fee, several thousand for maintenance fees and tires. The sales team told us that fee was used to make everything basically new again. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Sarasota Dodge.

I had an issue with my Pacifica. The driver’s side sliding door would not open. Alexio was my service rep. He was fantastic. The problem was assessed and it was determined to be a faulty safety sensor/mechanism at the fuel access door. The part was to be ordered and the van would be fixed the next day. Alexio worked with my extended warranty insurance company, Zurich, and took care of all the necessary approvals, etc., including setting up a rental vehicle for me. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received from Alexio. He is a great asset to the team at Sarasota Chrysler/Dodge. I also commend the repair crew(s.) They are the true unsung heroes of getting you back on the road.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Mario for being able to finally put me in my dream car. My fiancé and I came in last week and I was very hesitant about pulling the plug with buying a new car but unfortunately my last car had me very upside down, and Mario did everything in his power to get me right up with a payment that my fiancé and I could afford with our new jeep! His Knowledge and his personally made the process even more reassuring that I was making the right decision! Shout out again to Mario and also to the management staff at Sarasota and the finance department! I Finally I have my dream car ??

Its the communication or lack of. my sales and finance guy both either left or were fired during my purchase so weeks go buy with no email returns during the purchasing . now i've been waiting over four months for a refund for overpayment. Voicemails don't get returned and when you speak to someone they never get back to you so you (like they always say they willl) and you have to start all over again with someone new. Use another dealership

Paid over 60000 dollars for a truck and can only get 35000 from the same dealer what a joke and in 6 months time too what a laughable experience I don’t understand how people go here. Also the guy who helped me get my vehicle has been fired as well and my vehicle has had multiple problems since I bought it and they keep rescheduling me I had to do my oil change somewhere else because they kept moving my appointment back and still hasn’t been looked at or serviced the only guy you can trust is Alex
