Such a positive, helpful attitude among all the women working at the store. I went there originally to return items to Amazon and deliver back used ink cartridges. I ended up buying a heavy box of copy paper, which the cashier helped me carry out to my car in the pouring rain. I am sure she got soaked. Such wonderful women giving beyond what is expected of them.

Good and Bad! Went to Staples today to get TSA passes. Fairly smooth operation. The lady who helped us was "first day on the job" and doing very well with her trainer at her shoulder. However!! Used bathroom. The hallway to get there was filthy and bathroom was one of the dirtiest I've ever seen! Walked back up to the front of store and observed: the floors hadn't seen a vacuum in days (weeks?). Not a good customer experience.

Not enough stars for the experience as not only did they provide a stool for sitting for person with difficulty walking while retreiving the items needed but gave hand by hand instructions to seniors in line and other patrons on how to utilize the app for savings and rewards. Kindness and patience over and beyond at this Staples!

Terrible service. Order printing online. Said same day printing of order before noon. We’ll order it at 11am and went to pick up the next morning and was told they wouldn’t have it ready until after 6 that night.When I said I needed for that morning I was told there was nothing they came do and not to listen to what it says online.I will never be using them again…

Went in for the TSA Precheck and sat waiting while employees walked by and never asked if I needed help. Finally found someone and asked what was going on and was told the person had passed (prayers to their family). They said they were emailing people to reschedule. I did not get such email and when we were leaving tried to politely suggest that maybe a sign should be posted for people that were not being notified. The cashier rudely cut us off with a curt “We are sending emails”. If we attempted another word she cut us off with that and slapping her hands like we were a huge problem to her. The rudest bunch of individuals I have encountered in a very long time. I hope TSA pulls out of this location! Karma will sort out the rest!

Do not go here for TSA precheck. They severely overbook. We waited over an hour from our appointment time! The check-in process was also very disorganized.

TSA precheck is absolutely horrific here, worse the social services office if you were unfortunate enough. If you don't have an appointment, DO NOT show up. If you do have an appt expect to wait for a long time.

Had a few questions for getting tsa pre-check status and this is NOT the place to go. Patience was not a characteristic that this person possessed! Wow. The woman in the area for special services was rude beyond existence........ B)&@! To be exact. Never go here again.
