Love the marinated tips, have to get the stuffed mushrooms and the jalapeno poppers as well. Don't forget the wine and beer. Awesome shop, great people always have to go when in town.

Bought a brisket for the super bowl from them. Best I have ever had well worth the money and I have been cooking briskets for over 9 years and have had some good ones but this really topped the list had a nice balance from point to flat with the perfect fat cap very minimal fat needed to be trimmed. Goodstuff .I'll be back soon ?

Loads of meat options and friendly service. Opted for the marinated beef tips for the grill tonight, and chicken sausage for the game tomorrow. Also grabbed a bottle of wine for tonight, saved having to make another stop.

Love this place! They have the most delicious Argentine flavored beef tips and a bonus is on Wednesdays they run a special on beef tips but you must be a loyalty/rewards member which is easy to sign up for. They also have bundles to save some $$.

Exceptionally large Muscovy duck breasts! Only place in Sarasota area that had what we needed. Wonderful selection of marinated meats as well. Friendly and helpful service was an added bonus.

100% worth the drive from Lakewood Ranch to my now favorite (more than your average) butcher shop! Several friends have raved about the marinated meat they get from here. I’m usually not a fan of marinated meats because I like to do that myself but they have a unique process they use with their marinating machine (I just made that up because I don’t know what it’s called but I know what it does! Anyway, the owners are very friendly and they have premium meats and a big selection of rubs, marinades, sides and pre-prepped appetizers. They had the Australian Roast Lamb that I had been looking for all over town for and some gorgeous bone in rib-eye’s, all cut to the exact same thickness, which will make my husband very happy when he grills them. They also have a VIP list that I joined to receive special offers, customer appreciation events and notifications of when seasonal products are in. Ask for Krista and she will take great care of you.
