Very Professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Rachel went above and beyond to be sure I was happy and got what I was looking for. The customer service here is second to none! The little details even with the way my blanket was packaged when I picked it up made a difference to me, it showed the time and effort put in to make this experience a great one. Rachel was also super friendly and kind to my 4 year old daughter. Even brought out a treat for her :)Thank you... you have a customer for life!

The new owner, Rachel is amazing! I love their work, and they have great customer service. I highly recommend them for custom window treatments and bedding! All you have to do is tell them what you have in mind, and they will make it to perfection!

The newest employee is not only smart and beautiful, but the skill she brings to from years of experience and knowledge with commercial textile and upholstery really shines. Throw in her natural artistic abilities, and there is nothing they can't make, repair or improve.This store is brimming with talent, and absolute devotion to making sure your visions come true. I need another 5 stars, because they get a 10 out of 5! Lol. The store has been there and in business for over 50 years. What more needs to be said. Rachel and Ann are FANTASTIC seamstresses/upholsterers.

Rachel was so friendly and the 5 minutes we were there brightened our day! The facemasks are really great quality, lots of options of colors and very well priced! For facemasks or anything fabric-related, I highly recommend Rachel & Southern Quilters.
