While visiting my daughter in Sarasota, we stopped by Soft Square to see what they have. Our experience was amazing. A nice change for sure! Not only was the furniture beautiful, the sales staff were friendly and professional. The design consultant, Deanna, was patient and very knowledgeable. I hope my daughter finds what she needs there because her place would look wonderful! Not like everyone else's "Costal" home.

5 star store and shopping experience. DeAnn has been so helpful and patient with me in purchasing some beautiful furniture for my new Florida home. Christina has also been very helpful and is a true asset to this amazing store. These girls know their furniture. I’ve shopped a few high end furniture stores in the area and I’m most happy with my purchases from Soft Square. Excellent quality and very reasonable prices :)

We live on Amelia Island and could not find what we were looking for locally and in the surrounding area in Jacksonville. So happy we made the trek to Sarasota as we bought a dining room table and chairs, couch, and motion table and ALL ARE OUTSTANDING! Ivan was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Also, Ivan was very patient with us as we considered multiple options and made our decisions for a sectional and dining table & chairs. Additionally, Ivan and Soft Square were very flexible to hold our furniture while our new home construction was completed.When it came time for delivery, Jason coordinated all the details, communicated effectively and timely, while his in-home set-up team delivered great “white glove” service.

Very beautiful furniture store! My cousin and I where in there and she purchased a sectional and we wanted it sooner than later so we had MoveSRQ deliver it. They where super attentive to everything she needed and where able to have it delivered on time. The store and these movers where super great.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Soft Square for items for our condo. Kudos to Ivan for design and Jason for managing delivery. Everything looks great, the process was smooth, and delivery was ahead, yes, ahead, of schedule, a marvel in these times!!! Five stars! And we will return.

They have a wonderful, well - informed sales team (A special thank you to Tracey Pasha), as well as a professional and knowledgable delivery team. Not only does the delivery team give special care to the products they deliver, they bring a knowlege and understanding of proper furniture placement. We greatly appreciate that. Together, they are truly a "Dream Team". From purchase through delivery, we are treated like family, constantly being kept up to date on delivery timing and special products that might compliment our home. We are very satisfy and highly recommend Soft Square.

High end modern furniture. Nothing like it in the Sarasota area. Staff (Jason and Tracey) are incredibly professional especially when dealing with supply issues. I must say they always kept me up to date with delays and were always available to answer questions. Issues with furniture were addressed and handled professionally. The furniture delivery (Michael) is very professionally staffed and handled.

Jason was immensely helpful. We've bought several pieces from Soft Squate ...all of which have been wonderful modern additions to our condo. When we needed a special console to fit in a limited space, Jason went out of his way to scour multiple sources and found the perfect piece. Soft Square will warehouse orders for months if you are not in town. Finally, Michael, who manages the deliveries, is an absolute delight. Pleasant, neat and incredibly professional.

We ordered some beautiful furniture from Soft Square in Naples back in October 2019 for delivery in May 2020. However, Covid intervened resulting us in having to fly home to the UK before taking delivery.Whilst in the UK, we then learnt that the Naples branch had closed and we were genuinely concerned.Well, we returned to Naples last week, over 2 years after we placed the original order, and the furniture was delivered the day after we returned.We are delighted with everything, Soft Square had stored all of our furniture for over two years, did not even discuss charging us for storage and constantly reassured us that the furniture was safe and they were ready to deliver as soon as we returned.This store is the only store in Florida that we have encountered with such high quality contemporary furniture but with the staff to match. Every person we dealt with from Jordan in the Naples store to Jason in Sarasota have been fantastic - polite, helpful and knowledgeable.We will be travelling up to Sarasota next time we need additional furniture - they are the BEST!!
