I came out of my way to this store because the Venice location didn’t have what I was looking for. Their entire shipment was on the display floor completely blocking anyone from shopping. And this was around 12pm. I couldn’t even see what I was looking for. Extremely disappointed

Employee 127288 was rude and condescending, and refused to listen. When she finally saw she had made a mistake she would not apologize. Horrible customer service.

Huge store, huge selection. A little short on staff but I knew what I wanted so no worries. Skechers products are well made and quite comfortable. A little pricey, but worth every penny!
