This is quite possibly one of the worst firms I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I went to this firm in March of 2015, it is now almost July 2015, and my taxes have yet to be filed. Every time I try to contact someone, I get the run around. If you value your money, time, and have children who are waiting to file their FAFSA for school, choose someone else. I would not go to this firm again, even if I was getting paid.
