I called this company to learn more about the ‘Signs by Tomorrow’ process and was told I could indeed get signs the next day as long as I submitted everything needed for the order. I uploaded a PDF into the portal with proofs from previous signs ordered with an out of state company including sizes, descriptions, colors, our professional logos and quantities needed within the hour. I called back to confirm it was received and asked for someone to call if anything needed to be explained. 24hrs later I got a request for payment, I called to inquire on the quantities being wrong and also no proofs being offered. I was told my order was too confusing, and no examples of what I needed were online and they don’t work for free. I’m unsure why I never got a call to clarify my order if there was confusion, why it took 24hrs to only get a request for payment, and why I was met with such hostility when calling to inquire again. When I explained that I chose this company(for quick service as the name states), I was told I shouldn’t take that literally. I’d expect this from a large company, but not independently owned company local to the area. My 1 star is for the lack of service, the lack of communication & the rude attitude when I called & talked to Sheila about my concerns. I hope this review pushes the company to do better to the next person.
