Walked in and found a great selection of pipes, vapes and papers. I was looking for a small glass beaker pipe and was directed to cabinet filled with them. Picked out one and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance.

Poor customer service. I bought a battery on a Wednesday. It randomly stopped working on the following Sunday. The battery didn't die, it didn't get wet, wasn't dropped, nothing. It just stopped working. I went in on the following Tuesday to try and exchange it and the man working essentially said it was my fault and he wouldn't do an exchange. Even though I had a receipt and it had been less than a week. He offered me a laughable 20% discount on a new battery. Why would I spend more money in a store with faulty products and zero exchange policy? I hope the $20 battery (retail price) is worth losing a repeat customer. With all the other shops in town, there is no reason to have to settle with poor business ethics.

very kind people! have been going here for a few years now and have never had a problem. they sometimes give discounts if you’re a returning customer! i’ve bought glass here as well as plenty of vaping products and i’ve never been dissatisfied. highly recommend ?

Taylor is the sweetest ever and i love going in when she’s working. Alexia however is rude and always has an attitude. I’ve been coming to this shop for over 3 years and have never had a problem until Alexia started working here. If you see her you might as well turn around because she will give you the most problems for no reason. Learn how to treat your customers with respect and be more like Taylor.

Alexia brought the best vibes from the vape shops of Los Angeles to Sarasota County. It is so nice to walk into a shop and not feel intimidated as a younger female like I used to back at home. I am forever grateful for such a well-equipped store with such a knowledgeable staff in the heart of our community! Thank you so much Alexia for offering to show me all the new technology and making my vices easier to handle with my disabilities. The electric herb grinder is handling everything in the kitchen, above and beyond my expectations. XO.

Far from impressed. The girl working had the attitude of someone being bothered by a potential customer: "what do you need?" I told her what I was looking for, and that I was looking for the lowest priced product. She begins by showing me vapes that were $99. (when I clearly saw one for $74). She also kept asking if I had tried the smok Novo. I told her that was the one I was looking to replace (nothing against it, I just needed a glass tank, due to my current juice shattering plastic). I told her "thanks for your time, but I'll go somewhere else, as I have NEVER paid over $45 for a vape, including with a glass tank". If their prices were good, I probably could have overlooked the sales girls attitude...but, the prices are ridiculous. She then AGAIN tries to sell me on the Novo... I just said "no, thanks" and went on my way...
