“Heard about this place from a vendor who was at Sharkcon this year.
Decide to make the short drive down and check out the place.
Glad we did. Not east to find, drove right by it firs time.
Nice little spot with plenty of vendors offering a variety of unique items. Slightly eclectic of course.
Was a special Saturday as they also had some outside vendors.
Food truck on site, but we had other lunch plans.
Found our vendor destination and snagged up some items.
This is clearly a bazaar that we will come back to often.
Nice people, nice place.”
“Isaiah was our server and was super nice and attentive. He made us a great fresh guacamole and his commentary on the ingredients was very entertaining!Rachael the manager is super nice and came over to greet us as she remembered us from the Good Liquid Brewing Company.Steak fajitas were delicious and steak was nice and tender.Guacamole was very good and two beers and a pina colada and only $71 with 2 meals!Outside bar is awesome with water view and speakeasy inside bar as well!”
“The epitome of shopping in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Excellent restaurants of every food genre. The indoor mall is amazing, and there are seasonal festivities as well. The decorations at Christmas are worth the trip to see.”

140 University Town Center Dr, Sarasota“Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. Inside the mall main building it's great. On the other hand, walking around outside of it and around the other areas it is annoying to hear piped in music walking down a sidewalk. Why the loud music, what's wrong with a little bit of quiet?”
“Really nice place near Sarasota. Lots of great shopping, restaurants and candy shops. A majority of the places are really pricey though so be prepared. Many of the candy shops offer free samples which is nice. A lot of chill music live on the streets playing as well.”
“What is there not to love about the Beneva Village Shoppes. You know it's fancy when they spell it with the extra "pes" on the end of Shop...It reminds me of "Ye Olde Shoppes." It is well maintained and full of interesting shoppes like Publix where they have groceries and other sundries. One of these days, I'm going to go there and just make a day of it...sun up to sun down.”

4910 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota“UPDATE: Since Benderson remodeled and Publix reopened - this is a really pleasant and attractive shopping area. My go to for groceries, banking, crafting, etc.
Nice mix of useful stores: pets, crafts, health food, grocery, beauty supply, bank, restaurants. Plenty of parking. Less crowded than lots of the strip mall/outdoor shopping areas in Sarasota. Easy in and out from either direction on 41.”
“I was in there yesterday. I usually go to the other ignite down the road, but I made the mistake of going to this one. There was a kid in there with a Donald Trump hair cut, very greasy hair. He talks very slow. Things were going fine. He was selling me a vape kit, but every time a customer walked in, he would walk away from me and attend to the the others. I got fed up and started loading my vape with the bottle of juice I asked for that he left on the counter. The nerve on this punk to to ask me to wait until my transaction was complete. I have no problem with ignite. Someone has to hire the mentally disabled.”
“This Plaza is home to some of the best restaurants anywhere. It's a bit hard to turn into, but it's worth. The Siam Gulf restaurant is amazing. Even better now at Siam Gulf now that they take orders from the table instead of the counter.”
“I love coming to Sarasota Village. I've been to other villages, but Sarasota Village is and will always be my favorite Village. I'm not sure what it is, but the air just seems a bit more crisp and the colors appear more vibrant. Well done.”

“If you want to remember flavors of Cuba, this place is perfect. The service is very good and very friendly. Delicious food, fresh and with genuine flavors!!!!! Recommended 100%”

S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota“Many great stores. Total Wine and Spirits is amazing. Best prices and service! Sprouts has a very impressive selection of upscale grocery items, but priced a bit "upscale"as well. Definately many other great vendors at this location!”
“It's a normal TJMaxx. Cleaner than many. Parking is good. Clerk's are nice, personal, make eye contact when checking me out, smile, nice people. The merchandise is neatly displayed.”
“One stop shop for much of your home entertainment, electronics galore at best buy, with a Barnes in Noble next to it, been going here for years. Never had an issue and the employees at both have always been friendly”
“This shopping plaza has it all. Sometimes before payday, I just like to go there, walk around and window shop. They have nice places to park the car and sidewalks which come in handy because of The Gout.”
“unorganized when I was there. stained clothes on racks, make sure you double, triple che k your sizes b/c good chance your hanger and clothes do not say the same! but for some things ,Great store! Just take your time”
“Well I've only been to one place in this mall and it is LensCrafters. I can say LensCrafters makes it worth going. They have great team members and are very helpful and kind. I've been going to the mall for 3 years just to go to this LensCrafters”
“So sad to see the demise of another Mall.We had shopped here for years ever since SRQ Mall opened in the late 1970's.We used to love school shopping for the kids and always having lunch at Mass Brothers. The Cooks Kettle soup, petite finger sandwiches and fruit cup was the best. My Grandmother always loved the jellied Florentine salad.Christmas shopping was always a special treat too. All the decorations, sights and sounds were wonderful. Sure miss the good old mall days.Today we were here to shop at Costco.”
“Detweilers has the best produce, seafood, bakery goods, ice cream, meats, and cheeses. Packaged food items, custom sandwiches, salads, and sushi. Not all products are reasonable, as with any store, but you have lots of choices for many specialty items. It's a fun perusal when shopping for your weekly vittles, plus the samples are better than Costco!”
