Bernice (The owner) chooses the best brands from Italy, and she has a story behind the maker of these brands. Just a pleasure to shop there. I highly recommend it. I was there today with my friend.”
“If you aren't coming here and only here for your CBD and legal cannabis products, you are doing yourself a disservice. Amazing products that actually work, Bailey has nailed down the right CBD/delta 9 ratios to make a gummy that could quite literally be the best cannabis gummies in Sarasota. I come from a recreational state, but even there we don't have wonderful products like this. On top of just amazing products you get amazing service, whether it's the main man Bailey himself or other employees. If you've been looking for great cannabis products because you are a user from a rec/med state, please skip the competition and just come here. “Pinecraft shoes is now the only place I will get my work boots from. Went in yesterday to have my current work boots fixed and he stopped what he was doing to see if it was something he could do and within 10 minutes I was walking back out with my work boots fixed. I feel terrible for not remembering their names but the man and woman who were there were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I would suggest everyone give them a try when looking for boots, shoe repair, clothing and leather goods.”
“Went there to get shoes for my 6 year old yesterday. The staff were amazing with him! They brought out a ton of shoes for him to try on, helped him when he bumped his head doing his antics, and told me about the sale they had going. I wish I paid attention to their names, but it was a man and a woman. I can’t say good enough things about this store!”

“I hate buying shoes. I wish I could underline how much I hate buying shoes. But after wearing out my last pair of New Balance -- two years later -- I needed to get new ones. Jacki seemed to know exactly what I needed, even though I was skeptical. Despite my trust issues, Jacki completely won me over. The woman knows shoes and how to get you in the right pair. Additionally, I have die hard been against insoles because they tend to fill up my shoes too much, but Jacki knew exactly what I needed, and after I brushed the egg off my face, I conceded that Jacki knew exactly what she was doing. I feel really fortunate to have run into Jacki today and gotten her assistance. Not only did she find me exactly what I needed, she made the experience fun for me too. Thank you for all your help! I will certainly be going back!”

“I was a ride along with my friend who needed to exchange some shoes for her grandmom for size. She would up getting the original color she wanted and they were cheaper here for some reason.We virtually had the whole place to ourselves without being hassled or saying excuse me trying not to be in someone else's way.Huge variety of shoes, neat store not messy. The two ladies who assisted us were helpful. They explained that shows can also be ordered and delivered if you do not find your size. Great transaction.”

From the moment of her friendly greeting when I came in to the very end of my happy purchase, she showed she was knowledgeable, understanding & patient, and offered options. I needed both house shoes and office work shoes and after trying on about 10 pairs of work-type shoes that didn't work perfectly for my particular feet issues (supination = lateral side pain to name one issue) she went the extra mile while showing no impatience or frustration. The store became busy quickly with customers and she was the only one on staff at that time, yet she handled everything & everyone perfectly without ever making me feel I was being neglected. “I visited this store 3x already, the first time they didn’t have my size so they took down my information and called me when the shoes I wanted came in. Sadly I didn’t tell them the correct size and realized when I got home my new Birkenstocks were a bit too small. I thought the 38 was a size 8, it’s not it’s really a size 7-7.5, so I needed the 39. The staff said they can properly size my foot, and I did indeed need the 39. I have a narrow foot so I went for the Arizona soft bed, narrow, in suede. They added a few extra holes since my foot is really narrow and told me to come back if I ever needed extra holes after they break in. While I was there I saw the Birkenstock Madrid and decided to get those too since they’re less casual and look a little bit more dressy so I can wear them to work. They did have 10% off sale going on which was a pleasant surprise. I will continue to stop in and shop at this gem of a store because nothing beats the customer experience at a local small business!Here’s a pic of the shoes I bought… I do have 2 of each. :-)”
