“THE BEST SHIPPING PRICES AROUND!!!!!! Today I was told by THE UPS STORE right around the corner from THE MAIL STATION they just didn't feel like making a box to ship my item. (UPS OWNER literally said they didn't feel like dealing with making a box) I was in a panic, this spraying machine HAD to be shipped! We have a huge job in KNOX that needed it ASAP. Although it was a little bulky and 46lbs, Tim and Sue offered me shipping and never made me feel like a burden, not to mention they helped me 20 mins before closing! ANGELS!! Thank you guys so much.”

“Many thanks to the UPS store staff, I received a package that was not mine and opened it, when I realized it was not mine, I took to the UPS store and left it there. Once I got home, and checked for a package that I was waiting for, I realized that my package was checked off as delivered. I called the UPS store and Cara was very helpful! She took a picture of the label and sent to me so that I could contact the store my items were marked delivered from. I have been to this UPS store several times and everyone is always nice, professional and friendly. I appreciate good customer service and this store has gone out of there way to help me more than once!”
“I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me. “Living in the UAE for the past 7 years, I have found that a lot of products from official brand websites weren't shipping to my country. I have been looking at many products in the skincare department in particular and found that most US skincare brands were only shipping to the US. Dang! Many times, I wished I was living or had an address in the US so I could order anything I wanted online easily!Only a few years later did I find that there were companies specialized in forwarding packages to your country! That's how I found MyUS. The same day, I started ordering products from various US websites and consolidated all 7 packages to be sent together to Dubai, in the UAE.I have been very happy with the service that MyUS provided. Their interface is very easy to understand and use. It is updated almost in real-time when your packages are being delivered to their US address. Their cost structure is very transparent and I love the fact that you have many options for the services that you want (fast delivery, shipment with or without original boxes, duties pre-paid or paid upon delivery, the list goes on). I paid for DHL Express delivery (which was almost the same price as regular service) and my package came in just 3 days (all the way from the US to the Middle East)! The whole experience was seamless.However, there is one negative point that I need to address. During the whole process, MyUS charged me 17 USD on my credit card without any heads up. Only after I sent them an email, they explained to me that this charge was due to an incomplete address for the package delivery from vendors to their US address. I had been informed, by email, that two packages came with an incomplete address but I was not informed, in those emails, that this would incur some charges. I know, for sure, that I had entered the full address for all my online orders. However, it looks like some vendors are not displaying the suite number when printing labels. I explained it to them and find it quite unfair to charge customers for vendors negligence.Other than that, I truly recommend MyUS if you're looking for a professional and reliable package forwarding service.Bonus point for the UK address that allows you to shop from European websites as well!”
