This station took my money during the hurricane and it has been a week and I do not have my money back. There was 0 gas yet they took over $90 out of my account. No one is helping. Corporate couldn't help, the station said to call corporate, my bank can't release a pending hold. So it is devastating after being hit with two hurricanes and this was all the money I had. I am disabled and very displeased with Shell and being a rewards member.

Every time I go to this gas station the card reader doesn't work. This store is not managed very well.

The clerks here are the rudest I’ve encountered. One is black headed short hair Asian. He seemed to be annoyed and generally having a bad morning. The other clerk named John was also rude. I was going to tear off my receipt and he acted offended. Definitely won’t be shopping here ever again!!
