They decided to charge my credit card on two separate occasions without my authorization. One of which was after I had an email from them confirming NOT to renew my plan.

SATELLITE BEN IS a Rock Star !!! A++++++++ The service and communication were the best. There is no other source for satellite phone service and mobile satellite products.

We needed cell service for one week for a hunting trip. I explained this to the sales person but somehow we ended up with a 12 month commitment. With the early termination fee I paid over $400 for a service that didn't even work. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
