I just met Maria this morning at pack and ship. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I didn’t have all of the address details I needed to send a package. She worked with me and gave me sound advice and helped me find the best carrier to get my package to its destination safely and efficiently. I’ve never experienced such great customer service! They were amazing! I had purchased a pre-paid packing slip from USPS, however, when I went to have them print it (which the website and receipt said they would) they refused. They didnt try to assist me at all. I walked to the Pack and Ship and the very helpful woman there, helped me log into USPS, join their wifi, and print my slip. She went above and beyond for something that the USPS should have handled for me. Thank you!

They were so kind and helpful! If you need to return an amazon package at the post office and forgot to print the label, these nice people are a couple of doors from it, they will print your return label, re pack your item nicely and take it to the post office for you! They only charged for the printing/computer fee.
