I had a really pleasant and great experience with Andrew tanner and the Tanner group !! He was always a big help from the day I signed the contract until closing and later too . I live in NJ and my home was in Florida but Andrew and his wife Natalie were always there for us , helping us with shopping for kitchen cabinets ,finding good vendors , getting permits , blueprints , inspections walkthroughs and more . They were just a phone call away . The entire transition was so smooth . They went out of their way to help us make our dream come true . They have built a family relationship for lifetime. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family !! Thanks a lot Andrew & Natalie !!

Our experience with Nancy Endara at Laughlin Tanner Group was outstanding. She is a pleasure to work with and her expertise and knowledge of the Sarasota market is unmatched. She is very creative and guided us every step of the way. Our condo had been listed for six months with another agency. After listing with Nancy and following her advice on how to market it, our unit sold in three weeks for asking price! She spent time with prospective buyers diligently answering questions and providing information they requested. She has an extremely high level of integrity and professionalism. The team at Laughlin Tanner did an outstanding job positioning the condo to sell and marketing it. We highly recommend Nancy and the Laughlin Tanner Group.

We started with high expectations about the Laughlin Tanner Group (LTG) because a good friend and neighbor had recent very favorable experiences listing with them. LTG exceeded our expectations in every way: market analysis, pricing recommendations, staging ideas, qualifying prospective buyers, handling showings, supporting negotiations of offers as well as support throughout the closing process. We were very pleased that our property sold in a relatively short amount of time for a good price in a very challenging market. Peter and all of his team were consistently thoughtful and superbly professional—and each a delight to work with. We definitely would use LTG for buying or selling real estate in future transactions.

We are belong grateful that friends of ours recommended Nancy Endara when we were looking for a realtor to assist us with the purchase of our home in the Sarasota area. Peter and his team are professional, helpful, knowledgable, straight forward, successful. They worked with my sister and I in selling our father's home 3000 miles from where we live. Premier Sotherby's helped execute appropriate touch ups, cleaning, staging of the well loved and lived in home. Their efforts paid off, with a signed contract on day 1, full asking price and closing 2 weeks later. Highly recommend!
