I took my old Specialized Hard Rock in for some new shifter cables. It was done the next day, very reasonable cost, excellent work. I would recommend doing business there. Michigan Man

The establishment opened on time at 8.30, l was holding my back wheel with a flat tyre, the gentlemen who opened the door pointed me to the rear of the store to the service area.The young guy there took my wheel and said do have a few minutes, l said "l do" - it was fixed and paid for and l out of the store at 8.36.Tremendous service and handled in a very efficient and professional manner. Very impressive!!!!!

I walked in 15 minutes before closing, and Eric was nice enough to fix my bike tire right away. It was nice not to have to walk back home in the 90 degree heat. I usually have to pick my bike up the next day, although I don't mind. I have only had positive experiences at this bike shop. Thanks again.

Great experience!!I had bought a tire pump here over a year ago. In that time, I suffered an injury that kept me off my bike.However, I am ready to ride again and the pump wasn’t working. I brought it back and they adjusted it without a question.Went home, pumped up two tires and the pump broke again, so I brought it back, and after testing it, they replaced it.These guys don’t smile much, but they know what they are doing and they wanted to make sure I was happy!Thanks guys!!!

Very well stocked store and top notch repair shop. I’ve come by countless times for just minor things I needed some help with and the folks back there are super nice, helpful and quick too. Highly recommend!

Sarasota Cycle is by far the very best bicycle shop with which I have ever dealt. The employees there are super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I have had my bike repaired there twice, and the work was done expertly, accurately, and not that expensively. This is a great bicycle shop.

Not being residents of Sarasota and needing repairs on our two bikes, we called around. Other shops didn’t answer but Sarasota Bike Shop almost instantaneously picked up.We took the bikes in and we’re quoted a great price and next day service.Two hours later we got a text that our bikes were finished. One of the techs spent some time advising us on how we might avoid problems in the future.Just wish they had a shop in Michigan.

My Granddaughter was fitted for a trek bike. They did an excellent job. My son noticed that Trek was having a sale on March 1st and asked if this bike would be on sale. They said no and this was the end of February.Well the bike did go on sale for $140. Less . They refused to refund the money even though they spent over $1000. They did offer $140. Credit on future services. This is terrible customer service and I would be cautious if I ever had trouble with a bike purchased from them, standing behind it. There shouldn't be an argument, do the right thing.

I've had my Trek FX 7.4 for about 7 years. Casual rider. I took it in for a tuneup + new tires and now it rides like it's brand new. Should have done it much sooner! About $220 for labor, tires/tubes, and parts.

This is the worst service I have ever had. The elder gentleman was rude and condescending. I told him about the issue I’ve been having since they performed the maintenance on my bike and he was less than helpful. I will never recommend that shop, and I will take my business elsewhere.
