I've gotten a few beautiful rugs but I would never use their rug cleaning service again $500 + for cleaning and 1 is now misshapen and all of them are still absolutely full of sand. I feel duped, here is a photo when I just took off the sealed bag and didn't even unroll it yet. If you can't clean them you should be upfront with clients.
