We purchased a bedroom set and finally got all of the pieces. When we went back to buy a dinette set, we were told we would need to pay another delivery charge even though part of the bedroom set was not yet delivered. Are you kidding me?? They made up some flimsy excuse that it was coming from Orlando and they couldn't do anything about it. Really? Look on your computer and make the change! I wanted to walk out, but my wife wouldn't let me. Just between us, it was ridiculous and more profitable for them. They also delivered one of the chairs on the table that was not first quality so we had to return it. They did correct the error promptly, so that was good. Overall, I was not impressed with the delivery guys since they were sweating on the chairs. I know it was hot, but grab a towel please, and thank you!

WORST experience. Poor performance. No accountability. Will talk and talk while getting you to spend thousands of dollars but when they deliver BROKEN merchandise not once but TWICE they dont want to be bothered especially after being told it was doubled checked in the warehouse. They want to waive a delivery charge of 90.00. Insult to injury! The manager doesn't call back and refused to give his name. He has the staff do it rather than own the issue as the person in CHARGE. I was not unreasonable as it cost me money to take time off of work and movers to make sure it was an easy set up giving them plenty of room. They also left the broken items in my home for me to deal with while they worked out what to do....All on a holiday weekend!!! The only redeeming thing of this situation is Shayla in the customer service center. She truly heard my frustration and took note of the situation while making an attempt to correct it. She is the only asset to the entire debacle that is ROOMS TO GO. I will be sharing this experience with anyone I speak with longer than 5 minutes. I will NEVER spend wit this company again!!! Its not worth the ONE star. UPDATE- They delivered another cupboard and it was supposed to be RED ALERT checked in the warehouse and it wasnt... GUESS what???It was broken and I am still with the very first broken item in my home. It ruined my holiday weekend as I couldnt have company as planned as all my furniture's was moved to make room....Lies and deception. I tried to speak with Customer service again and the line keeps disconnecting. Another delivery due on 01-05-23- HUGE disappointment Bobby Jones RD

Look for Millard as soon as you walk in the doors and you will not be disappointed. He is a wonderful person that goes that extra mile for his customers! His knowledge, professionalism is so much appreciated. We have continued to seek him out over the years! He makes our buying experience easy without pressure and guides us when we ask for help- why we always come back !

One of the most complete showrooms I have seen and I’ve been a customer in 5 states since they opened.My sales pro was Debbie and she was fantastic. Showed me what I wanted to see and when those were so close but just not it, she led me right to what was. Isn’t listening to the customer a wonderful thing?Delivery was also done precisely and professionally. Impressive.Great store. Great staff. Shop here.

Buddy, our wonderful sales associate, took such good care of us. Came in to find a specific sized sectional couch and Buddy was able to point us in the right direction and provide us with options. He is friendly, knowledgeable and was genuine. Never did we feel like he was selling us something. Thanks for the help, Buddy!

Marty was amazing. So patient as we changed our minds a hundred times and so helpful as we were trying to decorate from afar. She sent pictures, ideas and even helped on her days off. Definitely would recommend her!

Was hopeful Rooms to Go might actually deliver... but in a shock to no one that's not the case. Delivery not complete, items missing from delivery - then hassle from them when trying to get what we paid for and what we paid a delivery fee for. If you actually want to get what you pay for, you'll probably want to go to any of their competitors.

5170 S. Tamiami Location:Sales Associate Spike Yates, is the person to ask for to get top notch assistance. He knows the inventory, is professional, helpful & friendly...Beautiful & Inviting showroom!Every staff member within the store is cordial.*Their service department on the other hand needs to be overseen better. It took over a year, Yes a Year! for them to finally admit that our reclining sofa is not going to get warranty work done because they no longer carry that model, nor many of it's replacement parts. On top of that they were extremely rude about it throughout the entire & lengthy process. We "really" feel like they hoped we would just give up with the warranty work.With all that being said they did FINALLY let us re-elect our furniture.Spike Yates, in my opinion, made us feel heard when we came in today to reselect- he is top notch!

Nicely presented showroom with lots of choices. Sales staff, Shannon, was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Delivery scheduling was flexible and pricing was within our budget. Very good all around and I would not hesitate to return.

Jessica provided exceptional customer service. She provided us with the guidance and assistance without being pushy or overwhelming. Confident and efficient made our purchase enjoyable. We will definitely come back to work with her on future purchases. We were seeking a mid-century modern sofa and loved the selection and colors. It was an added bonus that the sofa was on sale too. The quality, texture of cloth, plus the sturdy wood base closed the deal for us.

I had a great experience at Rooms To Go! It was my first time shopping there and Millard made my experience as pleasant and easy as could be. He made all the delivery arrangements for me and made me aware of the available extended warranty, which I happily accepted. I have my eye on another furniture piece and will be sure to ask for Millard when I return!

We purchased a sofa chaise for our home in early 2021 and added the extra warranty, a sum of over $1,200 total. Within the first year, the fabric began to unravel and pill after only a few months of use. We contacted the store, and it was replaced with a new sofa in September. The new sofa, however, had no fabric issues but began to have usage issues. All three cushions and the foot of the chaise are now at different heights. This is because the cushions, instead of having properly built cores, have smaller cores wrapped in batting. I weigh all of 170 lbs. and my wife just over 100 lbs. Our children are out of the home, so there is no stressful use. We engaged our warranty and asked for help. The tech said that we would be offered new cores (we were not) but that the problem would reoccur with continued use. The new couch has been in our home less than two years, and our warranty is good until well into 2024. That said-- we have been told by both the warranty company and RTG that we are not covered, and not terribly kindly so, we have also been reminded of the loopholes in the warranty and that RTG does not stand behind their products after the first year. We will NEVER shop there again and encourage others to caveat emptor -- let the buyer beware. ----- Regarding the offer of assistance below, the response was not only lacking but borderline insulting: "Dear Jason, Thanks for your reply. As we have previously mention the furniture is no longer the one year servicontract. We can only recommend reaching out to furniture repair companies in your area, or purchasing the cushion you are experiencing issues with. Please let us know if you would like to pay part order the cushion. We await your immediate response." In other words, we are expected-- after paying for both furniture and warranty and losing time to tech visits and phone calls-- to purchase parts or pay for repairs for a sofa chaise that cost in the 4 figures and is less than two years old. Simply unacceptable. RTG, if you wish to contact me to make things right, do so for real, not with a false suggestion that reaching out to you will make any difference.
