I really like dealing with Ric Coffey and his team. First, sitting with Ric, or any of his staff members, is always a learning experience. And they are very pleasant people. But the office is also a well oiled machine that alway gets back to you as promised with the answer you need. They also understand that they are in a customer service business, and work to make it as easy as possible to do business with them. No one likes to pay for insurance, but Ric and his team do an outstanding job at making it as painless as possible. I have been with them for 6 years and they have my highest recommendation.

The most important part of their service is; each time you call there is someone to pick up the phone. There’s nothing more frustrating when you call a business and there’s no one there to pick up your phone call.
