I went to this store and had a bad experience. I paid for something and they overcharged me. Not only did they serve me unwillingly, but they robbed me by charging me for what they didn't give me.

BRADENTON Fl RT CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING DURING THE DAY??? How can you be a major gas station chain in a big city and be closed due no staffing at 10 am on a Saturday morning? Wheres the GM or the DM? This is a direct reflection on how staff is treated.

This was the worst experience I ever had in a gas station, usually I’m not a complaining person but I have another life inside of me and going to defend myself against unfair, abusive and bad treatment, this lady over here is just so rude, I’m pregnant and I really had to go to the bathroom it was closed and went inside and told to the other lady inside the restroom that I really needed to pee bad almost crying and then when I finish there was this unpleasant person waiting for me to kind of ambush me, told bunch of awful things that I can’t go in the restroom like that cause I’m not “especial” that’s the word she used yelling at me, she left and locked the door with the belt with me inside the bathroom, when I finally got out she was still yelling at me a threatening me with the police for going to the restroom, I’m just so overwhelmed I never thought that there’s people like that doing costumer service, treating me with no consideration, the first thing I did we I enter to the restroom was apologizing cause they were cleaning but I needed to go, she didn’t need to locked me in there or anything like that this so inhumane ?

Every single garbage can is overflowing and trash is everywhere. It's even stuck in all the bushes on the primiter of the store and out by the street. What the hell Racetrack??!

I walked up to the door on May9th and 10:30 pm waited at the call box for about 10 minutes hitting the button and knocking I know the girl saw me through the back window and proceeded to ignore me absolutely ridiculous this establishment shouldnt have an individual like this working for them.

Extremely rude yelled out door we are closed. Reminds me of a trailer park haven. It's like a poor rude people oasis here I won't be stopping through again. Whoever yelled at me out the door was extremely offensive.
