Gas pump didn't want to work, inside self checkout didn't work, staff no help at all I tried 2 different self checkouts. Go here only in a gas emergency

I went there this morning to pump gas.I put in my american express card.The machine stopped working after five dollars. And then I got charged $175 security with hold. When I went back inside to talk to the manager, she said, because it was american express card, they put a $175 hold on once it comes off your credit card.Whatever you paid for gas, they will release
Release the $175. I called my credit card company.They said it's gonna be on there for 8 days until it can come back off.
They said that raceway puts a security hold on people's credit cards.When they pump gas
I will never use american express card.I canceled my credit card and I will never go back to raceway again.To get gas.
Raceway, gas stations are the worst to deal with america.Because it is I will be boycotting them and make sure to post on facebook and any social media.How they charge and put a hundred and seventy five hold on credit cards

I go to this racetrack all the time I think they're very friendly and they're pretty good with everything all the shelves are always fully stocked and they help you the best that they can

This location doesn’t believe in paper for their receipt machines and has plenty of attitude when you ask for one.We need paper receipts for business purposes. It’s not too much to ask. Managers at this location: your employees are lazy and unhelpful.

For some reason this gas station will be closed at random times throughout the day, not sure why. It's very inconvenient. It's the only one that does that.

Plenty of pumps and parking. Nice staff. The sales floor and coolers present well. I always get a cup of coffee, different times of the day. The sugars, creams, cups and coffee beans are always full and ready to go. Someone always seems to be cleaning and the line is usually fast. The store also has self serve checkout. Bathrooms could use a little work. I stop here a few times a week when in the area, need gas or coffee or a quick snack or beverage.

Nothing but a rude casher!!!! Could see she didn't want to be there. Ear bud in her ear. Gave her my order for smokes. She dropped them and got pissed at me. Asked for some scrach off, she got the whole thing wrong. I said to her, if she took the ear bud out, she could hear what was being said to her. She got even more pissy.When she finally got it right, I asked for a bag and got it thrown at me.
I will go out of my way to go to a different store from now on. Alot of the other ladies are nice and helpful. It's a shame 1 rotten apple spoils the store.
If she can't treat the customers with respect, Get another JOB!!
She is there for the customers, not the other way around!!!

This RaceTrac is very clean and staffed well. Plenty of personnel to take care of you and keep facilities clean! Bathrooms are in great clean condition. They have pizza , ice cream, plenty of drink options out of the fountain. Prices are okay for a convenient store/gas station. Number of pumps available to get gas plus washing liquid for the windshield.

It would appear that I’m not the only one who has experienced poor customer service here. The girl with the bright red weave and massive lashes should probably give her job to someone who actually needs it and wants to work. Shameful. Just be nice to people.
