I arrived to drop off a specimen at about 08:45, ck in at the kiosk, was giving a number, waited 44 minutes and left.Came back on the same day,04/16/2024, at about 1:30, ck in again, was giving a number , was the last person in the waiting area, and was taken in 30 minutes later.

I walked in to a 9:30 appointment, on time, to a lobby full of people waiting. Appointments on the screen showed they still had not seen 8:50 appointments. The lady next to me had a 9am appointment and still had not even seen her name pop up on the screen for scheduled appointments. And a little box on the screen saying that scheduled appointments would be seen within the hour?! What is the purpose of an appointment if I have to wait an hour??! Completely disappointed and highly aggravated. I had these labs scheduled a few months ago for a follow up appointment and I didn't have time to wait for them to be drawn because of another conflicting appointment that shouldn't have been a problem because it was scheduled far enough apart.

I had an appointment and was very upset that I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get taken in. First time that has happened, but others there were complaining of the same treatment.

This place is a well oiled machine. Easy check in from your phone. There is a lot of staff to make it move smoothly. I was taken back almost immediately and out the door in about 10 min total. Highly recommend!

They were running behind because they said someone called out. They say this every time I'm there. I had an 8 AM appointment and got in @ 8:20/8:25.

I was poked with the needle to take my blood and when I walked I was bleeding from my left arm profusely. I had to run back so they put a cotton and abandoned aid. No apologies nothing a very bad way to take blood.

Very easy check in! I definitely recommend making appointment ahead of time. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Follow the on-line process; appointment scheduling and pre-registration. On arrival provide driver's license and your insurance card for the self-check-in process. Follow the instructions to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to appointment time. As a result of tardiness the original scheduled time will then be considered a walk-in. Don't be late.
