poor customer service . dude at customer service around 1:30 Sunday 11/5 turns around, looks at me and say, "what do you want". when did proper greetings or just having a smile on your face go out the window? Publix isn't the same they used to be 20 years ago

I found the staff to be extremely rude and apathetic when I picked up my mother's medicine from them earlier in the year, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to COVID burnout. However, after what I witnessed while grocery shopping last night I realized "nope, they're just extremely rude, apathetic, and ALSO incompetent."Some guy was asking the pharmacy helper to change his phone number so he could get text updates, and they started to argue with him, saying that the number they had was correct. After a while he was getting very frustrated and it definitely started to show. The store manager came over and tried to calm the situation but then the Pharmacists pipes in that he is a "licensed professional who deserves respect" and refused to give the guy his meds. He then threw the customer out, though not before the customer shot back that he was a licensed paramedic, which was a pretty cool burn. ? So glad I use Walgreens!

Very overpriced and the quality of fresh organic veggies and some of the fruits are horrible, 2 days ago I bought some green organic grapes worth of almost 10$ and some broccoli. Bothe were not fresh and today when cooking broccoli for my children I discovered a worm. Disgusting

My niece celebrated her 13th birthday and we ordered a tower spill cake from the bakery. We had very specific over the top requests with colors and sprinkles ect... (basically modified the picture in the book). I picked up the cake today and it was absolutely perfect! My sister was so thrilled. The cake was beautiful and moist! Thank you bakery team for making this birthday so special!!

I personally had a very negative experience with this pharmacy. A lead pharmacist, in particular, I felt treated me with disrespect most times I went to pick up a prescription. I was asked each time if I was sure the prescription was really for me, and sent away with sharp, cold dismissals. I was not given any opportunities to ask questions. I was particularly hurt when I saw that other customers were not recieving this treatment. It left me in tears on many occasions. After switching to another pharmacy, I immediately had a better experience. I recommend filling your prescriptions elsewhere.

The deli customer service is horrendous, I have the same weekly special order, as a regular customer my order is wrong, I have asked the deli manager what can I do to ensure my order is correct and the response is always its us not you. However, I have learned to recommend another deli and not expect any order to be correct at this deli.

I have always been impressed with the prices, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of all departments including pharmacy. So many of the exclusive neighborhood Publix (Lakewood Ranch, The Oaks, etc) are large but "sterile" and pricey. If you are looking for a down to earth, neighborly, clean grocery who seem to really care stop in. The best bet in town, you will find what your looking for here!
