I love this pharmacy! They are so sweet and so efficient. Kayla is amazing and helped me so much yesterday. I literally have told all of my family about how caring and helpful she was to me. She literally went above and beyond to help me. I forget the other woman’s name who was working yesterday, but she was also so sweet and so caring. If I could give more than five stars, I would! :)

Dear Publix - You either have a mandatory masking policy or you do not. You can't have it both ways. A written policy that is not enforced is no policy at all. If not enforced, it is nothing more than a publicity stunt. I live in the neighborhood and shop here regularly - actually pretty much exclusively. Generally, I have no complaints. However, specifically with regard to the COVID a pandemic, they need to do better. While it is true that they have posted their mandatory masking policy for all people at the entrances to the store, they do not effectively enforce the policy. I have seen too many customers shopping without masks and even on occasion I have seen employees in the store without masks. When I inquired, I was told that they don't enforce as to customers because there isn't a law that requires masking. As to employees, I have been told that some have "medical excuses". What does that say about their commitment to the health and safety of all their customers and their employees?

Just spent 30 minutes looking for a item that’s on website. Deli worker and customer service very helpful..however, when directed to the Manager, was literally treated terrible. Not very many customers in the store and Billy was extremely rude and condescending. This will be my last visit there.

Super clean supermarket friendly cashiers and staff. They even sell wines and beach stuff which is excellent overall very large supermarket take some notes New York!! Florida has it right 100%

The best sub or sandwich in Sarasota is in the Landings Publix. Gotta get Sarah and the grilled schrooms, peppers & onions. Go for the home cooked pulled pork. Later on preserved cold cuts.

My husband and I are on a very restricted meal plan, and need to include some fairly exotic items in our pantry. Normally, I'd expect to have to shop at a health food store to find a decent selection of non dairy cheeses, milks, yogurt and grocery staples I'd normally expect to find in the bulk section of a store like lucky's market, but Publix has it, and often at a better price inline on the regular grocer shelves. They stock a broad selection of natural and organic foods as well as non foods, pet supplies, etc. I love their green wise private label for organic foods. When I go to publix, it's a one stop shopping for me. Not only that, but the staff is so accommodating and friendly, the store is clean and the produce is always well stocked and fresh. All the service departments are excellent. Meats and fish are great quality. Very happy with Publix as my closest neighborhood store.

Expensive and not enough clean non GMO or organic foods. Lucky Market far better select ipo on and yet reasonably priced.

I agree with the other reviews. I tried this location for the first time based on the reviews. I had at least five different staff members ask me if I needed help. They had a great selection of fruits and veggies. The lady at the bakery was extremely helpful finding items from the circular. The aisles were clean as well as wide so it was easy to get around. The selection was better than other locations I've been to in Sarasota.

Peggy from Greece is the greatest employee! I have never had such excellent customer service in a grocery store. She deserves a raise!
