Reserved a car for Saturday. On Thursday practical car called with a confirmation that our reservation will be ready for us Saturday morning. The day before our rental pickup, practical car calls again to say never mind, they don’t have a car but can take are of situation .
Not trustful people.
We finished no car.

My rental car smelled so strongly of marijuana that I could barely stand it. The smell was so overwhelming (and easy to recognize that it was marijuana) that I am certain the practical car owner had to have noticed it and I can't believe they would rent this car. It was hard to drive like that. Also, the AC vents were all broken. (One was missing and the others would not stay in place.)also the car not safe to drive .ex fiance and theres alot of bad reviews .

This is the only place I will rent a car in Sarasota. If they don’t have one then the roads are too crowded and I don’t need one. Tell Eddie Pete sent you for absolutely no discount whatsoever. But he might give you a smile (don’t hold your breath) I love these guys.

I have rented from Practical for years. It's never been anything but outstanding. No matter what time of day or night I come to Sarasota, they accommodate me. The service from Wayne snd Eddie is outstanding!

The gentleman assisting us was so great! He got us a nice car to rent and then upon returning the car, overheard us telling about our delayed flight and allowed us to keep the vehicle a little longer to avoid a hardship. When we return to Sarasota, this is where I will rent again.

i wanted to support a local business, but instead got taken advantage of 1. given a junky car. 2. lied to about the rates. 3. charged for mileage driven over 100 a day.. 4. surcharged.. DO NOT GO HERE.. sleazy place..
